We just purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 2.0T Quattro here, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Stacy was our salesman, and he was beyond friendly, calm, professional, and genuinely made us feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. The dealership's vehicles were all immaculate inside and out, and the prices were very reasonable. We needed a safe, reliable car for my wife and daughter, and it only took one visit. The negotiation was straightforward and fair, the customer service was amazing, and Stacy's knowledge and sense of humor made the whole process enjoyable. We're so grateful and can't imagine buying from anywhere else. If you're looking for a car, definitely check them out and ask for Stacy. You won't be disappointed.

Stacy was a great help and very friendly. He was very upfront and honest about the car we were looking at, which helped greatly with our decisions. We ultimately went with their car and love it! The price was very fair to begin with, so we didn't even need to haggle! 10/10!

Drove 6 hours from Washington to buy a car from them last month. Great communication and fair price upfront. They were able to finance me even being out of state and the vehicle being older. Worst part of the experience was the salesman, I had been communicating with, did not show up the day we had planned to meet AND had misquoted my APR. BUT they made it right by lowering the price to make up for the difference. When the salesman was a no show, Allen (a different salesperson) was quick, courteous, professional and zero pressure to buy extras. Thanks for the great experience!

We came from out of town, Would of been a great experience besides our sales person, Stacy failing to do his job and give our ID back. Instead of communicating that with us, so that we could make the hour trip back to get it, he decided to mail it without saying anything to us. 👎 Really crappy way to treat a customer. Edited to add, if I could give ZERO stars I would! What a absolute nightmare of a vehicle. You people should be investigated, thanks for clearing the check engine code. Scummy business owners.
