We had a wonderful experience at universal auto sales in Salem. We were looking for a used car but in great condition and we found it thanks to Jorge. There are many vehicles to choose from that are well priced. The entire process went so smooth and they also go the extra mile for you. They changed my oil fix a tear that was in a leather seats and replace the battery for free. They are truly amazing. It was a no pressure sale! If you’re looking for a well maintained used vehicle go visit them! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Frankie was so awesome we didn’t find a car the first visit so he offered to take us around and make sure that we got something in budget that was a good first car for my daughter. Between him and Alex this was an amazing experience we drove off the lot with a reliable Toyota that my daughter loves! Thank you guys so much!

Universal auto on Lancaster is the best, Make sure you ask for Alex. He’s super helpful. Went in to look at a truck, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy sales Just honest and helpful. Made the process super easy and had me driving out of the lot with a new truck within 2 hours of arrival and shopping. Can’t say the same about other lots, all the other places I stopped at sucked and dealers just seen me as $ I did not get that vibe at all here, complete opposite I will continue getting all my vehicles at universal auto on Lancaster.
