I was in need of a car and heard great things about this place. I got in contact with Q and he was able to get me approved for a 2016 ford edge same day with an affordable monthly payment. Any questions I’ve had he was able to answer for me within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle.

Pretty sketchy. The guy kept constantly rushing to get an answer out of me whether I wanted to sign for the car or not which was a lame tactic. One car was test driven and on the freeway and literally all of the warning lights turned on. And when we mentioned that to the salesman he was like “what are you talking about” then said “oh okay well let’s check out a different car” :/ I’m already sketched out. We checked a different car and we wanted it and we had a budget, asking for 900 less and he said no can’t do that much we can do 500 less though and I said okay then we are leaving didn’t wanna waste anybody’s time he says wait I can do something I don’t want to lose a deal over 1000 bucks and so he comes back with the SAME OFFER. Like dawg no and he’s like constantly repeating himself saying what about the monthly payment it’s only 2 dollars extra a month and I was like no we have a budget and he just didn’t listen it was at this point him wasting our time. Sorry but terrible salesmen. Also gotta add that when we checked the carfax saw it was stolen said oh it was stolen? And he said what? No it’s not. Oh wait yeah I guess it was like Whatttt???

If I could rate this dealership zero stars, I would. Within a month of buying my car, it started acting strangely. After two months, my car would jerk hard while driving and then wouldn’t go over 15 miles per hour. I gave them credit for replacing one engine coil, but the next month, the problem returned. As a friend had recommended this dealership and had praised their service, I was hopeful that they wouldn’t be the kind of place that sold faulty cars. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I had a mechanic at my workplace assist me in checking it out. After he completed all the diagnostics and fixes he could, he advised me to take it to the Honda dealership so that they could provide a more accurate diagnosis. However, after receiving a response that led to nothing, I took the car to the Honda dealership. To my dismay, I discovered that I had been sold a car with a blown head gasket and other issues. They recommended that I get a new engine because it would be a cheaper fix. I informed Swift Auto, they asked me to send all the details I had received from Honda. I thought they would help me, but instead, they ghosted me. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Swift Auto Sales did not do their due diligence on the car we bought. We bought it with a cracked windshield. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed, when glass companies repair next day. We had $3K in repairs and maintenance updates and Clarence wouldn't reimburse us $1 to make this a fair transaction. Don't buy a car from these guys! Totally unprofessional and rude! We would give a zero rating if we could!
