OMG. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The worked with me to get my monthly payments down to be able to purchase this 2024 Rivian R1t. It’s our second EV and far more useful for my work visiting nurseries like Cistus Design Nursery in Portland and across the country. Since purchasing this vehicle 3 weeks ago I’ve vacationed with my wife down the coast of Oregon, returned home to Colorado and am now visiting family in Huntsville Alabama. Probably the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. No pressure and did not feel predatory like other dealerships. There were minor hiccups that were promptly fixed or solutions were offered. The entire experience is probably in all part due to Renee. She even continues to follow through post sale which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Honestly surprised by the accommodations with this dealership. They even scooped me up from the train-station as I traveled from Seattle for the competitive pricing. At the end of the day I did buy a used car and there are certain compromises that come with that. Being on a time crunch some things were probably overlooked but if you are coming with a mechanic and are meticulous this might be the right place.

One the best car buying experiences I’ve had, Wes & Renee were very accommodating and answered my many questions. Managers also went the extra mile to make a deal work within my budget without any pressure or bs. Very transparent process, 10/10 would recommend if they got something you like

Positive experience purchasing a tesla recently. I worked with Anthony who was very knowledgeable about Tesla and able to walk me through many features including set up and how to operate them. The business was very clean and staff was very welcoming to my kids running around. I also went to the Tesla dealer shortly after to buy a charger and their sales guy told me I actually scored a pretty good deal. So that gave me some peace of mind in my purchase. Overall, good people who work with you, nice cars and chill process.
