I bought a car here about a month ago and it's great! Couple small things to fix up but it runs and drives well. They will tell you straight up - the price points on these cars is what they are for a reason. They were fair on negotiation and not pushy, which I appreciate even more in hindsight considering while signing everything I mentioned I got the color I wanted, and these guys were laughing because they swore it wouldn't sell because of the color. Haha. Good experience here!

A few months ago , I purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from Salem Motor Sports and the car still looks and runs like brand new. I was helped by Brett and his son Jason, and I was very impressed with their amazing customer service and the buying process. They were soo kind too me, I never felt uncomfortable, and being pressure. They genuinely care about accommodating my needs and budget, and I’m so grateful for all their help. They take care of every and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used quality car.

They were able to work with me and spent a couple hours suiting me with the right vehicle. They went above and beyond, calling their go-to mechanic to diagnose an issue with a vehicle, or jump starting a few other vehicles for me to drive. I ended up driving away with a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and they took care of the DMV paperwork for me; they even registered my tags for 2 years. I leave a 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars. We went to look at cars and were completely honest about our financial situation. We told them we could get financed somewhere else. They insisted and assured us they could get it done. We test drove a car and filled out the application. They never reached back out to let us know where we landed until my wife called 5 days later. We will never go back. The best thing that happened was we found a car at a different lot where we will refer all our peeps.
