Would not recommend doing business with this company. Drove 2hrs to look at a vehicle and they didn’t inform me that its was severely rusty. Rust holes in cab, frame mounts, door jams, core support, etc completely rotted away. Also certain features not working that they claimed worked prior.

Sold me a broken car, kept half of my down payment. Then checked out another car had a rod knock and there mechanic said it was fine. Don’t recommend at all.

0 stars, the business does not care about the customers at all. I was told to my face that they put their business before their customers, which is 100% true based on the condition and the price of any car on the lot. All the cars on the lot need major fixes and work. Absolutely atrocious in all aspects of their business. Don’t waste any of your time, money or effort even viewing cars here. There are a multitude of reasons this place has so many 1 stars.

Very disappointed with the service and quite dishonest staff here. This review should be 0 stars. We were somewhat excited about a bmw the salesmen wanted us to buy. It was slightly out of our price range but he assured us a lower price than it actually turned out to be. The plan was to put 200 down to hold the car for a week when we could come back with the money to pay for the rest. After a day or two passed, we did some research and found out that specific car is not worth near what they are selling it for. With insurance and everything it was way out of our range so we immediately tried to get ahold of them to assure them we don’t want to continue with the deal. The salesmen very purposefully avoided our statements and continued to push the bank to call us and set up the payments. We had to repeatedly tell them we weren’t ready to buy the car and hadn’t fully decided yet. The salesmen obviously avoided those statements as much as possible so that at the end of the week they could claim we made them hold the car all that time and they could keep our hold money. We were VERY CLEAR that we did not want to go through with the deal two days later. The salesmen drew out the texts for the whole week, not actually addressing what we were trying to tell him. When we finally had time to go to the dealership because we couldn’t even get clear communication over the phone, they said that we stopped two people from potentially buying the car. This meant that we could not get our hold money back. It’s a hard lesson learned. Not much to be done. Absolutely shameful of these salesmen. We are nice honest people and you took advantage of us. I will not be recommending this car lot to anyone. It’s a shame that people can be as fake and manipulative as these salesmen. Karma is a B. I hope your business goes under like you liars deserve.

Liars and thieves. Our bank sent them the agreed upon amount for the car plus the additional $2000 for taxes to be paid to the Washington state department of licensing. Once they got the check they forged a new sales agreement and kept the money. They finally agreed to pay the taxes after 3 months because we have clear proof of the agreed upon price. However they never actually did. We paid our taxes, filed complaints with the BBB and the department of Justice. The car also has clear mechanical issues that they lied about.
