I just bought a new car from CarMax, and it was my very first time purchasing a car completely on my own. I genuinely had such a great experience from start to finish. Tristan helped me every step of the way and was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I traded in my old car and honestly only test drove one vehicle before completely falling in love with it. Tristan made everything feel easy and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m so grateful for how smooth and positive this experience was, especially as a first-time solo buyer. Highly recommend CarMax—and especially Tristan!

I was here yesterday buying a car and had the BEST experience. I had been to a dealership in Eugene two weeks before and so awful and felt like giving up. Rebekah, Matthew and Carl made it such an easy process and we had so much fun!!!! They also let you test drive the car without the sales person so you don’t feel pressured. I have HIGH anxiety and these three were so mellow, easy going and very helpful. Great job everyone!!!!

i walked in to carmax after getting a car sold out from under us at creative credit, they apologized for my experience and ensured that would not be the case here. i seen a car, loved it, and eric worked the numbers and got us in to that car for a great deal. highly recommend them. thank you eric!
