Worked with Matthew, who was very helpful, before and during the process! Pre visit conversations gave me enough confidence to drive 2.5 hrs from WA. He even called with full transparency beforehand to let me know there were a few differences from the pic in the listing so I would not be surprised. He was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to sit with and inspect vehicle to my satisfaction, engaged in pleasant conversation with myself and my wife. Clear with terms. Overall great experience purchasing a used vehicle here. Other staff smiled and were friendly as well. Definitely reccomend!

Today me and my boyfriend went to get a car from this dealership and they have world class customers service and help you with more than you would expect from a dealership, they go the extra mile for you and are very kind and understanding. If you guys are looking for a vehicle; I would highly recommend this place. Matthew was such a great help and it was a pleasure to meet him and the team.

Awesome guys! Couldn’t have had a better buying experience! Edit: Initially we had the best experience with the salesman and manager. We truly thought this dealership was different and we were excited to use them to help us find our diesel next! If you are a new potential buyer make sure you have a trusted mechanic check the vehicle before your purchase because they do not. After they were very convincing there was nothing hidden or wrong with the vehicle and how they have great inspections we made the purchase. We made it an hour into our drive home and we found out the HVAC system would not turn down from pure hot and that the lower control arm bushings were so shot it was not safe above 70mph. It was a cold raining winter day and I forgot to check the ac and I couldn’t get it above 70 on the test drive. Thank God I have a friend who’s a Toyota tech and willing to help me out. I drove straight to the Toyota dealership and dropped it of for diagnosis. I called dream city first thing in the morning to let them know and The gentleman that answered told me “that’s fine and that he will let his managers know” The managers called me back and told me to just keep them updated and they will talk to their boss. After I found out all that was hidden and lied about I told them that I don’t trust their dealership working on this van because of other bad reviews and I don’t have the time to drive over two hours and give back a van that was not safe to drive! The Owner gave me 3 options: 1. They could give me less than $200 (which is what they would pay for the cheapest bottom barrel control arms possible) 2. Drop the van off at and auction house local to me to be picked up and they would replace the arms but I would have to drive 2+ hours with my wife and family back to Portland to pick it up (Who knows when I would ever see my van again). 3. Give the van back completely They never gave a single option or help option with the hvac system issues. Their employees told me it was perfectly acceptable that I took it to the dealer for diagnosis and had ZERO problems or issues with us having Toyota diagnose it until they heard what the price was. I asked if dream city would call the Toyota dealership for all the info and at least cover the fee for the hvac repair $480 (heavily discounted because I know a guy) and $200 for the arms that they offered. LESS than $680 total. He said no. My total bill $2k The employees didn’t have a single problem using profanity when they sold me the car. So I essentially told them to pack sand (harsher language) and keep their $200. At this point it’s not about money it’s about what’s right. Note: My Toyota technician told me there’s also rattle can spray paint on the body and hidden things that dream city did or overlooked. I don’t know the name of the owner, but he’s willing to throw his name in the garbage for $480. Ask yourself before you buy a car or truck from them if that’s the kind of people you want to support or trust to sell you a high end vehicle. Needless to say I’m 2k into my van on top of the purchase price and haven’t made it home yet! We know we purchased a used as-is vehicle, but this dealer lied about their inspection process and willingness to help their customers in the event of issues. I have a family of 4 with babies which were all present in buying this car. They DO NOT CARE about customer safety or their reputation. All they do is flip auction vehicles fast and cheap. Zero integrity. We’ve worked this many good dealers and this IS NOT ONE! Buyers beware.

Initially I bought a van from them and was pleased. I went in to purchase another car and told them my budget. They showed me 1 that was in the specific amount. I was told that was how much. When paperwork came out they tried to charge me 1500 more saying that they never said that. I will be calling my attorney and am filing paperwork with the FTC as soon as im done writing this. They are frauds!
