Big shout out to Gage my sales rep! Shout out to Buck! Shout out to Don!! These guys were amazing from start to finish during this buying process! They made this extremely easy for me! I bought a fully loaded V8 supercharged Range Rover with 518 horsepower with warranty! They accommodated all my needs with my trade in that needed some work. Gave me a rental while they got it ready. Overall really pleased with my luxury purchase and most of all the with the service I received. These guys are great!

My wife and I came in and got the vehicle we wanted. Gage was real pleasant to work with. Real please with the purchase we went with. Gage made the process stress free. Some lights (check engine and a couple other ones) appeared on dash 3 days after bringing it home. If you get a vehicle I highly recommend paying the extra for warranty just in case

THIS dealership went entirely over the top, especially Uncle Buck. They heard about my recent disaster and poor treatment from another car lot. Assured me I was "safe", seriously. And I was. I literally can not begin to tell you how Uncle Buck made me comfortable. Extremely caring and respectful. Also, he listened. Actually retained facts as I rambled. Uncle Buck is sharp. Did not miss a beat. Took in all the details of my purchasing situation and created a plan for me that included my purchase of my dream vehicle! Thank you Uncle Buck! This has been the best, smoothest, not like torture car purchase at a dealership that I have ever had. This actually seems surreal to me right now. I pick it up tomorrow. I will report back after driving it home! ADDENDUM: This is my report back, kinda. I am conflicted. They were so kind to me that I feel guilty. However The shop they use is not credible. I had items stolen from my car. And the worst part for me is the following. I am at the Oregon/Washington border. Heat is vital. I have 3 children to keep warm. The car did not have heat! I did not think to check BEFORE making my purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person and he told the manager. They were immediately receptive to help me. I even got a loaner car while mine was in this supposed shop. 2 weeks later, I got my car back, STILL WITH NO HEAT!..I STILL DONT HAVE HEAT. 18,000 for a car without heat, in a snow environment. Update: I was very upset. I also, was still very kind, and polite. They totally were respectful, kind, and considerate to me, the entire time. There were unforseen circumstances. The managers, as well as my salesmen, Uncle Buck and Don (I will come back and edit his last name) truly went above and beyond to not only handle this situation, but cared, and made sure I was good. Also happy. I have seen so many horrible reviews for this place, I have to give it to them. These guys are the best as far as I am concerned! I also jave to give credit to Hose. He handled the brunt of my phone calls. His phone energy is calming and conforting, lol. If he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to get the answer for you. Just a great group of people. A rare gem. I have now purchased 2 vehicles here. Tjere were many hiccups, all handled with ease. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, twice!
