I HIGHLY recommend this dealership I never felt pressured and they were very transparent and honest pricing on my Kia Soul. Stacie has been a blessing absolutely a amazing person easy to work with and very accommodating to my needs! Definitely went the extra mile for me! The financing was quick and painless and they even stayed late after hours to get me on the road with my Kia! Jim Lind is very Knowledgeable and attentive sales rep ask for him you won't be disappointed!! FAMILY OWNED AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Don't know what I was going to do for a reliable vehicle to and from work because my credit isn't the best but they made it work when other places said No! Again what a blessing oregon has having this dealership around appreciate you all!! 🙏
Me and my partner has the best experience with frank! They were recommended by a close associate and we loved the experience. 6 hours felt like a breeze and they did everything they could to make this process smooth and easy. I left with a vehicle that now best fits the needs of our family and budget! Thank you again
Our car was on it last couple of months. It was leaking oil everywhere and just problems, my wife wasn't safe driving it. Driving down McLaughlin we decided to pull in and was greeted by Anthony and Jeremy. I was advised its was appointment only but they still made time for me and my wife. I walked the lot and found my wife the perfect jeep. Great price, great service and amazing all around experience. I want to say thanks for everything and the great personal attention. Thanks again. BTW my wife loves her 2015 jeep its perfect
This is an ongoing situation. My girlfriend was originally approved for a decent Jeep here, but they made her return it after she lost her regular job and the bank pulled the loan. Completely fair. However, we also DoorDash together and bring in at least $4,000 a month dashing and including my disability income. Because we needed a vehicle to work and live, we agreed to their in-house financing. They gave us a choice of three vehicles, none of which would start. She picked the best-looking one (a 2006 Mercedes ML350), but it needed a new battery. Over the next 3.5 weeks, they cycled us through three faulty loaner cars: one wouldn't start, one shook violently over 40 mph, and the third had completely worn-out brake pads. When the Mercedes was finally "ready," we filled it with $70 of gas, only to find it severely leaking fuel underneath. They took it back and fixed the leak in 5 days, but when we got it back, the cabin filled with gas fumes so badly it made us physically sick.Desperate for a working vehicle, I decided to sign onto the agreement, adding my disability income to boost our budget to $10,000. We were shown three more unacceptable cars. The first was completely dead and filled with filth and urine—the salesman openly admitted people had been sleeping in it. The second shook violently over 40 mph (the exact same loaner from before). We finally settled on a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Our first morning with the car, we were stranded in a Burger King parking lot because the Ford would not start. We tried jumping and charging it with no luck.UPDATE: After being stranded, the dealership stepped up. They came out, towed the faulty vehicle to get it thoroughly looked at, and provided us with a nice, working loaner car so we could get back on the road. While the inventory on the lot has been incredibly frustrating, the staff themselves are friendly. Our salesperson, Tony Brown, continues to be incredibly friendly and helpful while we go through this nightmare. He has consistently gone out of his way to make sure we are taken care of, and I would highly recommend Tony Brown as your salesperson if you come here. Stay posted for further updates on the Ford. Update. Got car back it's great! Love it. Thanks team.
Let's start easy. The parking lot is tiny and difficult to navigate because of the way they have all the cars stuffed in there. That's the easy thing. Now, the first guy I spoke with seemed decent, but I went in there with the intent that I was looking for a car, but not buying immediately. From the very getgo, he was super pushy trying to get me to let them do the hard hit to my credit to see how much I qualified for. I said no, multiple times. He kept pushing and when he couldn't get it, he put me with a different guy. That guy was older and barely let me get a word in edgewise, telling stories about himself that had minimal or nothing to do with the situation. Not being able to actually say anything without getting cut off was annoying as all get out. I left and have no intention of going back. Needless to say, I found a car elsewhere, despite him trying to tell me I wasn't going to find anything better. This place just wants to get your money, not help you find a good car.
