Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat

This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Mark Quimby. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. As someone who was unfamiliar with buying a vehicle, I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was throughout the entire process. Mark worked hard to get me the best deal possible and gave me a great value for my trade-in. More importantly, he made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience much less stressful than I expected. I absolutely love my new truck and am so thankful for all of Mark's help. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend Mark Quimby!

LUIS MALDONADO and the Chris Nikel Service Center Team made my first experience absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I were highly impressed with the professional care and support we received. I will not be taking my JEEP anywhere else to be serviced. HIGHLY APPRECIATE & RECOMMEND!!!

Daniel was great to work with. He helped my daughter and I pick out her second vehicle as she prepares for her senior year and then college bound. No pressure at all and was very helpful during the process. There was no sales pitch vibe and was very professional.

I had two service advisors for my father’s 2013 Dodge Challenger he bought new from Chris Nikel. The first service was with Zack for a transmission filter and fluid change. I asked for pictures of the pan, which they gladly provided. The cost was reasonable, fast and done with smile. The second service advisor was Phillip. I noticed a suspension noise and feel which they quickly diagnosed and repaired. Once again, the service was fast and my interaction with both service advisors was excellent. I’m not saying I enjoyed spending hundreds on a 13 year old car. What I am saying is that Chris Nikel was friendly, competent and reasonably priced for the work I needed. I would recommend their service department.

Chris Nikel started my repair order June 2025, part had no ETA and finally came in February 2026. My Advisor Philip was absolutely amazing! He took such good car of us from start to finish. He got me scheduled for drop off at 4pm on a Thursday and my truck was ready next day in less than 24 hours for my MGU warranty replacement. He got me covered with a rental vehicle and all. 10/10 will go to them with any needs in my future! Next time we need to buy another truck/SUV, we will be coming here for sure.
