Let me start my review like this! When we arrived at the lot we were greeted by young lady named Haley, she was upbeat professional and very kind. We expressed our interest in a Hyundai Palisade that they had there on the lot, that is when we met Jason Pierce. We informed Jason of our interest and our wanting to trade our vehicle in, within just a few minutes Jason had a deal put together that benefited us as the customer and him as a business. The process moved extremely well and very professional going forward. We left there with the new to us vehicle and within a few days experienced an issue with the vehicle. This here is the very reason that Drive Point is the one car lot that I would recommend to any and all people! Jason Pierce could have left the issue to be only mine, but he did not this is where Jason stepped up to the plate like no other car lot does! He seen all by himself that the issue was resolved and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He never left it up to us to resolve, he and he alone resolved the issue, that is the kind of human being and general manager that will make the car purchasing process what it should be for all car lots! This place was amazing! I was in the market to buy my very first car and came across drivepoint while looking for cars. I saw one that I liked and decided to test drive it and absolutely loved it. A week later i couldn't stop thinking about it and came back. Jason Pierce guided me through the whole process and made me feel so welcomed and not stressed as a first time buyer. Long story short, i bought the car and drove home with such a warm heart and gratitude not only for me successfully buyer my first car, but also because I loved this place so much! Drove over an hour today to purchase a suv from this dealer and the salesman told me a time to come in and that I was pre qualified to make it a smooth process- I pull up and the salesman wasn’t even there today and that the car sold the day before. Don’t recommend this dealer as they don’t know how to keep clients straight. I wasn’t driving all this way to waste their time at all, had full intent on the purchase.
