I can't give enough praises for Ty at Ferguson KIA Used Cars! Selling my father's car was a daunting task, but Ty made the entire experience smooth sailing from start to finish. What truly sets Ty apart is his unwavering honesty and transparency. Unlike the seven other dealerships I visited, Ty was refreshingly straightforward about the prices and costs associated with repairs. There were no hidden fees or surprises, just clear and concise communication every step of the way. Ty's courtesy and professionalism were evident from the moment I stepped foot in his dealership. He took the time to understand my concerns and guided me through the process with a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. He even ensured the check was ready when I arrived. The paperwork related to selling my car took less than 5 minutes. His integrity and dedication to customer service are commendable. If you're in the market to sell or buy a used car and value honesty, integrity, and exceptional service, look no further than Ty at Ferguson KIA Used Cars. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

We have been considering selling our GMC Terrain for awhile, and finally made the decision to do so. Sydney Moss made the process super easy and was super friendly! I highly recommend reaching out to Ferguson Superstore for all of your needs. We have purchased a few vehicles there as well & they always make the process easy and fun!

I had the BEST experience with Jordan Brill. He made the process of selling my car to Kia Ferguson so simple and easy. In fact, I sold a second car to them shortly after. I will for sure keep using him in all my future transactions. Give him a try!

Super fast and amazing experience trading in my car. I posted it to sell myself on Facebook marketplace so I didn’t have to deal with a dealer. Sydney at Ferguson Kia messaged me and offered full asking price. I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. Such a great pleasurable experience. Highly recommend!

Jordan went above and beyond to earn my business! He was courteous, respectful and very responsive. He explained things clearly and kept his word. His offer was very fair and he even traveled to me to pick it up. Seamless experience and I highly recommend!!!
