Cody was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very prompt in communication the entire time we were working on purchasing this truck. We live almost 5 hours away and he happily got us videos of the truck and answered any questions we had. When we finally got time to come get the truck he had it waiting up front, freshly detailed. He was very positive and helpful during the test drive and had our paperwork ready. From the time we arrived to the time we left was maybe about an hour, and the majority of that was waiting for the finance manager. 10/10 would shop with Cody again!

Purchased my 2025 Seltos in August of 2025. Third KIA I have had. Great experience Service department is great. Never an issue with them answering the phone and keeping you informed, unlike the Midtown location who keeps you in the dark. Ashley Borders has been my Service Advisor the last two visits and she is absolutely wonderful ! Very knowledgeable and keeps you informed on the wait time and to receive a complimentary was with oil change is Great! Ferguson will always have my business.

Charles Maynor was great to work with! From the very beginning, he was never pushy and always made sure I was taken care of. He patiently looked through the many screenshots of cars I was considering and took the time to answer all of my specific questions. He made the entire car-buying process much less stressful, and I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He is one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. I purchased a 2025 Subaru ascent onyx last week. What a great experience it was. I knew what I wanted, but had never driven one. I called and spoke with Braydon Huntley and made an appointment. When I arrived, the car was clean and waiting for me at the door. I drove it and loved it. Braydon gave me time to look at the large assortment of inventory to be sure what I was getting was what I really wanted. There was no pressure!!! He was amazing. I did purchase the original car I looked at. Braydon then explained the financial aspect of the purchase and how to get the payment where we needed it to be for our budget. Again, there was zero pressure to continue. We made our decision to purchase. We then were introduced to the finance person, Tyler Davidson. Again, we were met with another Ferguson employee who was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. This experience was first class, all the way. I would recommend looking and purchasing your next vehicle at Ferguson Superstore. They have a large inventory with very competitive prices. But, the employees will really keep you coming back! Especially Braydon Huntley and Tyler Davidson. I will also say, the other employees there were all very kind and personable! They would speak to you like they already knew you. 5 Stars in my book, from beginning to end!!!
