I had an overall positive experience purchasing my new vehicle from Purdy Hyundai of Broken Arrow. My salesperson, Kaley, was friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the process. I was upfront that I didn’t want a lot of back-and-forth and asked for their most aggressive offer, and I feel they honored that. They matched my financing rate and trade-in offer, which I really appreciated. As with any large transaction, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but everything was resolved satisfactorily. Most importantly, I love the vehicle and am very happy with my purchase. Overall, I would recommend this dealership — especially if you go in informed and with a clear plan. Educating yourself ahead of time makes the process much smoother.
My boyfriend and I bought a Hyundai Kona today. They made it quick, painless, and I’d even say enjoyable. All of the staff is very friendly and supportive. Today we had Charlie, Kris, and Yousef, they were all very helpful and informative. Thank you Hyundai of Broken Arrow for being so helpful and encouraging through our process of finding a vehicle. I would highly recommend all buy from Hyundai.
In 2012 I purchased brand new a Hyundai Elantra and that was a great car, but it was time to upgrade. I just traded it for a 2026 Hyundai Tucson and I love it. Kaley was great to work with. She was patient as I had a lot of questions since technology was way beyond 2012. I appreciate the excellent communication and the great customer service. I look forward to Purdy Hyundai servicing my Tucson and keeping it like new. Thanks again for a great car buying experience!
This represents the worst experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership sold me a used car with numerous issues. According to the salesperson and his manager, the vehicle had been fully inspected, was clean, and had no defect. It was a late, cold evening, and I felt pressured into making the purchase. Upon bringing the car home, within less than two days, I encountered problems such as a cracked windshield, a broken headlight, and an exposed component of the roof-mounted camera, as well as finding the vehicle was very dirty. I contacted the salesperson regarding these issues, and he responded, “You did buy a used car, that is to be expected.” Ultimately, the manager authorized repairs, and the vehicle was kept at the dealership for nearly two weeks. Upon collection, less than a day later, the windshield cracked again, and I noticed an oil leak as well as non-functional windshield wipers. I returned the vehicle to the service center, where I was asked to leave it for another inspection and repair. None of these issues had been disclosed at the time of purchase, despite the claim that the vehicle had been fully inspected. When I retrieved the car, I observed a bump on the rear that was not present before the service appointment. I promptly informed the service staff, who advised me I would need to leave the vehicle for an additional week to repair the bump. My frustration grew, although I remained patient and polite. I then expressed my desire to exchange the vehicle for a different one, but I was compelled to trade it in with negative equity, resulting in a higher payment for a new vehicle. Furthermore, they were not discreet regarding my personal information; on each visit, a seemingly unfamiliar staff member would address me by name and comment, “I heard about you." Additionally, the dealership required me to return due to an error in the financial paperwork, necessitating re-signing the documentation. Efforts to contact the financial department by phone have been unsuccessful, as my calls go unanswered and are not returned. I do want to clarify that Ismael our second salesperson was very supportive, understanding, and helpful throughout the process.
I purchased my vehicle from Purdy Hyundai. Savannah, my salesperson, was kind, but the process was rushed. When I picked up the car, it had barely any gas, was dirty inside, and had multiple issues. Though they added gas the next day, the cleaning remained incomplete. I found sticky residue in the console and a broken cup holder—no response when I reported it. Worse, I discovered a transmission issue: they had to replace a part. I also had to handle an open recall myself. Despite calling management and being promised a callback, none came. The lack of care, from delivery to follow-up, made this a frustrating experience. They need serious improvement in customer service and quality control.
