I feel like I have a superpower by having these guys in my back pocket. I know that my vehicles will always be taken care of exceptionally well, incredibly quickly, and most appreciated: priced more than fairly. They like to give their customers a good deal and it comes through. I've always been impressed by every aspect of their service the half a dozen times or so that I've visited them. I would recommend them to anyone I know, but the owner says he's busy enough as it is, which made me laugh. I don't personally feel like Toledo has a lot going for it, but that Glass City Motors can be relied on makes me appreciate the whole city a little more.
Unfortunately the car has some unforseen issues. However I have been very fortunate dealing with them on the repairs. Very professional, courteous and communication is on point. I would recommend glass city auto all day. Who knows maybe I'll make another future purchase.
Very quick responding to messaging. Very easy to deal with and vehicle was exactly as advertised. Would definitely look to them for my next vehicle.
Amazing people and a great car! This was the easiest car buying experience.
Moe is an exceptional car guy, he will work his butt off to get you into something great! We just bought our second car in the last year!!
