They were very helpful in a situation that was very frustrating. Shanna was so kind and kept in contact with me until we were able to figure out the issue with my car. Everyone from the tow driver to the people I spoke on the phone with were professional and helpful!
Great deals just got a great deal on 2010 Kia did not need credit staff was very friendly and Angie is the go to girl she will hook you up!!
Waited over 3 hours for a tow truck and one never showed up. They even lied about being at the crash scene when my insurance agent called. On top of that, they were very unprofessional over the phone and sent multiple ETAs, only for them to miss all of them. Avoid if possible.
My elderly Mom went in ysterday around 4. A gentleman was at the front door, which was locked. She knocked, he was polite. Some lady in back starts yelling at my Mom, " We don't have any cars to sell!" My Mom just said to the guy, that she had a question. The lady in back starts in on her, I SAID WE DON'T HAVE ANY CARS!! Great customer service
Sold a lemon to a friend, gas tank was near empty and after pulling into the first gas station they started filling the tank and gas poured everywhere. Damn near started a fire Dealers response: You should have looked it over more before leaving with it.
