Instant Auto sales went above and beyond to ensure I found a safe reliable car. I will refer everyone I know looking for a new car here. There was a couple things that needed address and they was right on it. Thanks to Bobbits car repair for getting my breaks and rotors done asap. Both places are top tier in customer service and really looking out for their customers.

Enjoyed the experience and the peaceful no pressure of something u don't want, they was friendly and they actually work with me due to last minute situation that they didn't have to do, but don't get it twisted they will come for there property if u fall behind or miss any payments. I'd say honestly communication is the key over not making ur payment and u just brush it off like what they gonna do c9me repo my shit yesssss yes yes they most definitely will. 💋Xoxo💋

would not recommend Instant Auto Sales in Lancaster, Ohio. Before I even drove the vehicle off the lot, I learned it needed repairs. The only reason I found out was because I went with the salesman to the repair shop.(which wasn’t expected) Once the technician connected the diagnostic machine, it revealed additional problems beyond what I had originally been told. The manager initially refused to fix those issues but later promised he would take care of all three repairs. That promise was never kept. Less than a week after purchasing the vehicle, it was repossessed over a title/registration fee—not because I missed a car payment. My first car payment wasn't even due yet. Losing my vehicle over being 6 days late on a title fee was shocking and extremely frustrating. From the beginning, I had difficulty getting straight answers. I was repeatedly transferred to different people, told that Bryce wasn't available, and bounced around instead of receiving help. Communication and customer service were extremely poor. I still haven't even had the vehicle for a full month, and I'm now dealing with the stress of trying to get it back from repossession. Buying a vehicle should not turn into this kind of experience. Based on what I personally experienced, I encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to thoroughly inspect any vehicle, have it independently checked before purchasing if possible, get every repair promise in writing, and carefully review all fees and dealership policies before signing any paperwork.

I would definitely think twice before dealing with this company. I bought a Dodge ram that didn't make it 24 hrs before the entire rear end exploded on the freeway taking out the rear end, drive shaft and split the transfer case. It's been almost 2 weeks now and still not a call from them after they claim to be fixing the truck. They did reimburse me for the tow bill but have t had so much as a phone call from them since. Next I will be taking this up with the Lancaster city of commerce and the better business bureau. I really thought they were going to stand behind their word but absolutely no communication from them has shown me otherwise. I highly advise taking your business elsewhere because the only thing your guaranteed at Instant Auto Sales is to be instantly walking again. Update...as of today they tried to stick me with a 5k bill for the transfer case, driveshaft and rear end. Guess I will have to file bankruptcy.......Do not EVER deal with instant auto sales.... Your monthly reminder that this will be the worst company you have ever dealt with. Save your money and buy something outright with cash. You'll be a lot better off and when they try to say you don't get the Google reviews we got by not being trust worthy, when they REFUSE to put it in writing do yourself a favor and walk away.
