Job Buehler contact me through market place about a vehicle I had for sale, was honest with him about the vehicle and that I wouldn't go any lower that what it was listed for, drove 30mins down there, was immediately taken care of while he was working with another customer as well. I don't think I was there for more than 30 to 40mins. Highly recommend working with them if they give you an offer on your vehicle.

The sales rep found the car I wanted in one day, thanks to Barb. Pretty amazing since I had been looking with no success for a year. He communicated well throughout the process and we closed the deal within a week. He was considerate and kept me in the loop while he worked to have the car brought to Lancaster. Barb got me reconnected to Ford Pass and explained lots of the new technology and Dave, the finance guy, worked to change all the financing since there was an issue with the check generated by my bank. My husband and I had an excellent experience at Bob Boyd Ford. We found our truck through the Ford Blue Advantage website and were surprised that no other dealerships within miles of us had a Gold Certified vehicle on their lot. The financing offer was also excellent. Even though we arrived shortly before closing, the team was incredibly welcoming and never made us feel rushed. Job Buehler was our sales consultant and was outstanding, knowledgeable, genuine, patient, and never pushy. Sales Manager Tony Melucci was just as great to work with. Together they made the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress free, even staying well past closing to help us finalize everything. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here, which is why this service experience was so disappointing. I was notified of a recall for my rearview camera, and around the same time the camera stopped working entirely. My wife called to schedule a service appointment, but instead of having a respectful conversation, the representative immediately became rude and raised his voice at her. He scheduled us three weeks out and told us, “Bring it in, but there’s no guarantee we can do anything.” He also seemed frustrated that we hadn’t previously brought the vehicle there for repairs, as if we were no longer welcome to use their service department because we hadn’t needed service before. When my wife politely asked if he could recommend another dealership that might be able to help, his response was, “Can’t you hear me?! Nobody has these parts.” Customer service costs nothing, and there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. I understand that parts may be backordered and that the recall may not be an easy fix, but a little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. We’re now looking forward to an appointment where we’ve already been told to expect that nothing may be done. It’s disappointing because the sales experience was excellent, but the service department left a completely different impression. It feels like the focus is on selling cars rather than building lasting relationships with customers after the sale. Your slogan says, “We’ll Drive You Happy.” Based on this experience, it felt more like, “We’ll drive you happy…until you need service.” I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be spoken to the way my wife was.
