We Purchased two trucks from John, he was great to work with. Answered all our specific questions before we made the drive over and was very helpful while we looked the trucks over and made the entire purchase go very smoothly.

I own a roofing company in Kansas City so buying from eBay out of town was a little nerve wracking for me. This group especially Rod made my truck buying experience absolutely phenomenal! My business has purchased several vans from Carroll Auto Sales. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service we received. Rod Chapman was great to work with. I will continue to use them for our fleet needs.

Called John at 8 am as soon as the store opened and told him we would buy 2 trucks off him cash, I just needed a sales agreement and would have the deposit to him so I could plan the drive out. He said he would get that to me as soon as his boss came in. Followed up and he informed me he was “busy” and I again stated we will send money asap as soon as we got the sales agreement, nothing. Followed up again at noon and he simply said “sorry someone just bought one of the trucks” as a buisness owner and a man of ethics keeping your word and honoring first offer is a basic standard. This place does not meet that.
