Once again Bob Body has proven to be what anyone could hope as your hometown dealership. I traded in my 2013 Ram Sport last year on a 2020 Ram Sport Laramie. On my last PM service appointment they notified me that I had a cracked exhaust manifold. I had noticed the leak but it was a faint sound that I couldn't locate. They ordered the part under warranty and kept me up to date on the 4 month lead time to get the part. Once it arrived I took my truck in as scheduled and the repair was completed same day as promised. I've been taking my vehicles to Bob Boyd for the 7 years I've lived in Lancaster and I am completely satisfied with this team. Bob Boyd Chrysler has earned all my repair and maintenance needs on my Ram Sport 1500 Hemi truck and my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. The service department staff is exceptional in customer service and knowledge. The technicians have not given me any reason to doubt their professional skill and care with my vehicles.

Our salesman Dan was extremely easy to work with. He showed us numerous cars, we found a Jeep that is perfect for us. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car.

Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my purchase experience with this dealership. Started out as on online inquiry as I live up in the Toledo area and could not just drive down to talk in person. Dan Wykle was my salesman, start to finish he was truly great. I always had prompt responses from him, he let me lead the process without any of that "sales talk" you get from some other places. He even helped to coordinate getting the cars window tint done with just 24 hours notice once I put a deposit down before making the 3 hour drive. The staff was pleasant, no pressure in the finance office "Heidi you were great too helping to cancel my factory warranty on my turn in". I will GLADLY recommend this place to anyone living any distance away, and will always consider them in the future should they have something I am looking for when it comes time again to purchase another vehicle.

My wife bought her first jeep here over the holiday weekend. The salesman Mike Robinson treated her very well. She didn't want anyone helping her. The staff there made it very easy for her to talk about her trade in and down payment she would need to get her vehicle the way she wanted it done. I appreciate the professionalism that was displayed by the staff at Bob Boyd Jeep. They made a husband's job easier.
