First off I want to say my wife and I was about to give up on dealerships. We decided to try one more place and we are sure glad we did! Tammy Fox with Buckeye Honda made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, did not make us feel pressured and consistently asked us about our needs/wants. Tammy and her trainee Drew, was more than patient and helpful with us even when we were undecided. They were absolutely amazing letting us take our time and checking out multiple options! Once we decided on the perfect vehicle for us they were super excited for us and helped get the right price and payments we wanted! We made our way to financing with Kiela Harden and she was such a joy! Our whole experience was above and beyond our expectations! First off, just let me say that this is my very first Honda purchase and out of all of the vehicles that I have purchased in my life, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Usually it's high pressure tactics. It's let's add this little thing and that little thing. Oh, and you have to have this. At Buckeye Honda I did not have that experience. My experience was cool and laid back with absolutely no pressure. Corbin and Chad were my sales team. I've never seen two people work quite as hard to find me the perfect car and the perfect purchase agreement. I am so happy that I stopped at Buckeye Honda. Thank you to everyone involved.
