Voss Hyundai

Straightforward, no BS, dealership. We took our time researching online for suvs. After narrowing it down to 2 styles we liked, we joined FB groups for those vehicles to see what existing owners had to say about them. Finally, it was time for a test drive. We stopped at Voss Hyundai and happened upon Fred Jordan, a good-energy sales associate who had way more patience than his age. Somehow, he juggled 3 potential buyers while still giving his full presence and attention to each; (I think he had magical powers, because I would have been pulling my hair out with the chaos on that jam-packed Saturday). Fred remained calm and easy-going, fitting everyone in as if they were his favorite client. We returned a few days later, this time prepared to buy. Working with Fred and the general manager, Jeff, was such an easy process. We told them what we were prepared to pay and what kind of monthly payment we anticipated; they made it happen in a friendly, caring way, with no hidden fees or agendas, just trustworthy service. Finally, a straightforward, pleasurable car-buying experience. Who knew it was possible?! Voss, that's who!

After weeks of searching for the perfect vehicle, I finally found it at Voss Hyundai—and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. My husband had been texting with Fred about a vehicle I was interested in and let him know we would be driving over an hour to come see it. When we arrived, Fred greeted us immediately and already had the vehicle pulled around and ready for us. That level of preparation immediately set the tone for the visit. Since we weren’t familiar with the area, we asked Fred if he would mind joining us for the test drive, and we’re so glad he did. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show us all the bells, whistles, and high-tech features the car had to offer. It made the test drive both informative and fun. About halfway through the drive, I realized I had fallen in love with the car. I told Fred I wanted to move forward, but I also explained that I didn’t need a car since my current one was still in great condition. I was very upfront that if the numbers weren’t right—both the price and the interest rate—I was prepared to walk away. Fred took everything I said directly to the manager, Mr. Bond, including my preferred payment and what I hoped to receive for my trade-in. The two of them worked together and made it happen! I was genuinely impressed with how they listened and worked to make the deal comfortable for me. After that, I met with Mark, the Business Manager, to complete the paperwork. I felt terrible because by this point it was after 5 PM, which is when they close. Despite that, Mark was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I was signing so I felt completely comfortable with the process. Thanks to Fred, Mr. Bond, and Mark, I drove home in my dream car—a Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. I also want to add that earlier in the day we had visited another dealership in the Voss family and unfortunately had a less-than-positive experience. I was honestly hesitant to visit another Voss location, but I am so glad we did. Voss Hyundai completely changed my opinion. Fred is an incredible asset to the dealership and represents their brand exceptionally well. Mr. Bond and Mark were equally fantastic. Together they made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy, respectful, and even enjoyable. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Nich was a super awesome person. Overall super nice and honestly super funny. He made our usually dreadful dealership experiences one of the greatest we’ve ever had. Nich was super helpful from the second even when my wife arrived by herself. Not at one moment was she pressured or tricked into buying or even looking at something she couldn’t afford. Even after us having to extend our purchase time to a couple of days given not being able to come back due to work he was able to communicate and support us on our purchase. Even on what seemed like the coldest day in Ohio Nich braved the elements switched the plates from our trade in and then spent all the time in the world describing and helping us understand each setting and comfort option in our new car. Would 10/10 recommend Nich for all your car needs even if you have no idea what you want he’ll help you explore without feeling pressured. Nich rocks.

Our experience buying a new hybrid Palisade Calligraphy from Voss this week was exceptional. The most significant factor besides the quality of the vehicle was our sales consultant, Fred Jordan.
