Great selection of vehicles! Salesperson Jesse was awesome. Only thing they could improve on is not even technically Car max its car max auto finance. I initially financed with car max auto finance but my interest rate was high for what my credit score is i ended up having my credit union take over the loan almost immediately.

We went in looking for a new vehicle unsure what we wanted other than a small suv. Fallon did an amazing job helping us decide, patiently letting us test drive multiple vehicles. We ended up with a brand we definitely did not go looking for but fitted all our criteria. Fallon’s incredible at his job, made the whole experience amazing.

I went to carmax online looking at cars after being denied from drive time and only limited approval at another dealership I put in my information with the exact amount I had for a down payment which was $500 I was pre-approved looked through some car options for the $500 down and added them to my favorites I was scared to be hopeful and get let down so I called the number that said if I had further questions they ran my application for the vehicle I have now said I was approved for $500 down had to just test drive it and sign the paperwork I came and test drove that car and another car to make sure it was the one I wanted and I am a proud owner of a Nissan rogue. They do not pressure you for the warranty which I would have gotten through them if the loan I received didnt have such a high interest rate and its a no penalty loan so I can pay it off tomorrow if I could without any issues so refinancing is an option after a year. Donte was amazing he was with me through it all and if you have full coverage insurance you can test drive alone which I like and they allow you to take it on the highway to listen for issues with the car it was very nice
