My husband and myself have been looking all over for a car and getting denied, denied, DENIED! WE walked in today and sat with DeAngelo and he put us in a car today. We drove off with a beautiful running Fiat 500 today. We’re so elated! If you need a car today, go see DeAngelo❤️❤️❤️

I had an appt scheduled for 3/5/26. My car was dropped off the night before 3/4/26 to ensure no delays. I called all day 3/5/26 for an update, called and had emails sent requesting service desk contact me with updates about my car due to no answer or being able to leave a message. Colin decided to call me at 4:53 knowing they closed at 5pm. I didn’t know they closed at 5pm until I returned his call once available. I did call earlier that day and asked DeAngelo to make a note on my account stating that I was fine with whatever needed fixed no further permissions were needed. In attempts to prevent a delay due to needing my car for work! Colin did the complete opposite he didn’t even state why he was calling on my voicemail. I truly believe my car wasn’t looked at until Friday which is why the parts weren’t ordered until then. It is now 3/10/26 and I have been initiating the communication about my car! The part finally came in and at 3:30 I asked if it was going to be installed TODAY so I could pick my car up today being that the service desk closes at 5. Colin said he couldn’t guarantee that and it may be tomorrow 3/11/26 which is a huge inconvenience. I had a scheduled appt and I’m being serviced as if I came in as a walk in being squeezed in. I don’t think it’s fair considering I’m still expected to make payments while not driving and loaner cars are not optional!! I asked about why it’s taken so long and I had a appt scheduled in advance. He said they had cars waiting which shouldn’t have affected my service being I had an appt!! I don’t appreciate any of this! And then on my last review the owner replied saying I could call or text but didn’t leave any contact information this is the only way to share my experience. I would like for someone higher up to contact me. Don’t mind the 1 star I didn’t even want to leave that I had to in order for my review to be posted.
