Sadly, I had to call this company to ask a very general question. I am an insurance agent and have been working in insurance for 10 years. I have worked with an abundance of car dealerships and NEVER in my life experienced this level disrespect and all together unprofessional behavior. I was asking what their address is and the response I received was brutal. When I tried to explain that I just needed the address I was told to ask the customer and then was HUNG UP ON ???? I could not believe this level disrespect received from a business. My manager followed up and called back again to ask how they wanted to be listed as a lien holder and she was ALSO given the same attitude, given the address and AGAIN HUNG UP ON!!!! It saddens me that customer service could be this poor at any establishment.
