I bought a car here. I really like this business and would highly recommend this dealer. I struggled a couple times on a payment they were more than willing to be patient and work with me. The car has and continues to run very well. I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion Just paid it off. I am considering buying another car from here. I have not decided fully because of different factors not because of staff. Just simply money. I am looking for a smaller down payment. ( Edit: I did decide to buy another car here I traded the fusion in in a Mazda 6 I was given a fair trade in price and I absolutely love this Mazda again I have had some hard times lately and again they have worked with me I never let it go more than one month and I always have it paid by the end of the month. They are really nice to me and Bri answers the phone and she is always nice when she calls or I have to call in! If you want or are looking to buy a buy here pay here this buisnes is well worth checking out the inventory. So check them out as long as you make the payments and even though mine was weekly I just went in and made a monthly payment. I was on disability the time but he took a chance on me and I paid it off. Thanks Dixie Auto for a great buyer Experience.....

Update: Called the dealership again Monday and got through. Today the manager talked to me and within 2 and a half hours of that call he had the car towed to the dealership and repaired at no cost to me. The throttle body was replaced. ETA at bottom reply to comment from DAO Bought a car from them and within two weeks all the check engine lights came on and died immediately while going down the highway with my 7 year old in the car. The code tester showed they hit the clear dash light alarms before selling it and did not disclose any issues with the car during the buying process. The codes are showing throttle issues, them knowing the throttle was going out at risk of just coming to a dead stop without discolsing that information is shady business practices at best. Very shady dealer. I've reached out to the dealership and gotten no response. They are lucky my kid was not harmed when the car died. ETA : I see the reply from them on here at midnight last night but Google isn't letting me reply to the comment my government name is Brandi garner and I did call you and left a voicemail Saturday while your office was supposed to be open but no one answered the call or called back.

Got a vehicle from them, on 8/25, by 9/2 I was stranded 3 hrs from home because the car began overheating, the check engine light came on the day after I got the vehicle, mind you I’m now out $1700 and a vehicle because who can pay for a vehicle that you can’t drive…the hazards don’t work, the ground wire was cut, they said it was just a fuse that I could change it. They offered no solution for a vehicle they knowingly sold with mechanic issues in less than a week of having it. 2/22- car was repoed with no communication after hours so I cannot make contact. With all of my belongings (DL, purse, personal documents and my children’s car seats in the vehicle).

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! *Updated with photos of one of the car diagnostic reports prior to purchasing the car and being told by thier mechanic that ALL the codes were from a bad battery which they replaced abd forgot to delete the codes.* *Thanks for the support from everyone honking thier horns and waving at me while I held up my signs, I will be back with larger lettering on the signs and I might light them up as well. I plan to spend more time walking up and down the sidewalk as time goes on. Ill have flyers to hand out detailing everything as well as highlighting information provided to me by others including some info found online.* Feel free to wave, honk and show your support! Sells cars with safety systems not working that can cause accidents after telling you lies saying ut all works and they just forgot to delete the codes after putting in a new battery. Was in a wreck, total loss on car, dealer wont help at all despite not being truthful about the cars safety systems AND being able to get a total asking price insurance payoff! They will be hearing from our lawyer and we plan to take them to court. Don't walk Away but Run away from this used death trap dealer! THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE POLICE REPORT SO THIS PROVES THEY ARE LIARS I WILL UPLOAD PART OF THE POLICE REPORT PLUS SCREENSHOT OF THIER REPLY IN CASE THEY CHANGE IT AFTER I JUST PROVED THEY LIE. THANKS FOR PROVING MY CASE IT MIGHT HELP IN THE LAWSUIT CAUSE IT SHOWS THE CREDIBILITY OF WHAT THEY SAY WHICH SHOWS LIES! CAR CUT IN FRONT OF ME IT WAS IN THE ROAD NOT PARKED! LOOK FOR PHOTOS IM UPLOADING! Also including OBD scans of the car both before purchase and after purchase when codes were deleted which proves they lied yet again. The pattern of lies just in their response is terrible, once a person tells multiple lies trying to cover up what they did they can no longer be credible and this will be presented in court to show anything they say cannot be trusted. Have all the proof I need. If anyone sees a person with signs in front of thier lot exposing how they lie, cut corners, hide safety issues , that will be me helping expose them for everyone in Dayton. And Im working on a surprise for them that will really get the word out all over the Miami Valley. You will see both cars are in motion going the same direction as per the police report, they flat out lied saying I hit a parked car. I also will upload showing I have zero points, no tickets nothing on my driving record because an unlicensed, uninsured non English speaking driving abruptly turned in front of me causing the collision. My insurance is now going after the other party for my $1k deductible to refund and thier money after the investigation by them and the police proved it was 100% NOT my fault! (Will post pics of letters if anyone wants proof). Now can I say for certain that had the cars safety systems been working could it have reacted faster than I could? I do not know that would require more data but the fact THIS CAR LOT LIED about these safety features stating they did work when in fact they did not is ridiculous! They got the full price asking price of this car 100% paid for within about a month (minus about $2) and offered NO help in getting another car (no down payment assistance nothing!) They acted as if was doing me a great favor by waiving the roughly $2 that would be left owed after full coverage paid them off! Wow thanks for the almost $2!

They are predatory! They sell cars that break down two or three weeks after entering into a contract. They'll stall on repairs and They will put your car out for repo the same day your payment is due to squeeze extra money out of hard working customers. This raggedy company should be ashamed and know that they will pay one way or another for scamming their customers.
