I just bought my new 2018 Kia Optima EX yesterday, and I couldn't be HAPPIER! I originally saw the car listed online on Car Max website. I was nervous about buying it because I live over an hour from the dealership and couldn't test drive it. ..but desperately needed a car. Sal was A HUGE help. He sent me videos that I asked for of the exterior and interior of the vehicle, as well as of the car being started and running. I, of course, had dozens of questions...and Sal was patient and kind. He reworked the numbers several times to make sure that the payments fit into my budget. I even just filed bankruptcy last year and they still got me approved. And, to top it off... when I didn't have a ride to pick the car up, Sal set up an Uber to drive me an hour and a half to get my new car. He made the process simple and easy. He explained everything in detail, so I left with zero questions. Even being so far away from where I live, Kings Motors will be my dealership moving forward. Thank you Sal for everything! You have a customer for life! By the way, the car runs great, just like Sal said. I didn't look through the inventory they have because I was looking for a specific vehicle, but it seemed they had a big variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs to choose from. The only service light that is on in my car is the passenger side headlight needs replaced. But it drove smoothly all the way from Dayton back to Brown County where I live. It handles both highway and back roads smoothly. I love it! Thank you guys so much for everything! Honest business practices do truly pay off!

I worked up my pre qualification through their website with Capital One. Found the car I want got approved test drove it signed and left. The easiest process I have ever experienced and the condition of the car was great! They let us take it to our mechanic to have it inspected and when my mechanic gave my the green light I signed away!! Thank you Kings Motors!
