I bought my 2012 Ford focus from these guys it drives real nice has new tires, and brakes, but it needs the oil changed.. it says so on the dash, also for some reason the radio does not work. But it seems to be reliable transportation. No other problems yet owned it for 3 months.
I paid $4000 cash for a mini Cooper drove a 10 minutes down the road to my house went in my house for 10 minutes. The car was dead and would not start back. The hood release was rigged So we could not open the hood he wanted me to pay for the Tow, and he also wanted me to pay for the used alternator. He wanted to put in there out of his own junkyard. He will sell you a car that works at the time, but as soon as you get it off his lot, it’s a lemon he buys all these cars from the auction. His mechanics are literally from Temu. They don’t know what they’re doing. They could not even screw antifreeze cap down. So if you don’t have money to pay for extra parts after you buy the vehicle, there are too many good car dealerships out there that will sell you a good car for your money. This place was a joke. I would never buy a car here. Please go to the next dealership. The picture is all the antifreeze coming out of my car after I got it home 10 minutes after I bought it
This place cannot be trusted. My daughter bought from them and the rocker arm failed a week later. Their response was give us another $1000 and get a better car. We are filing with both the BBB and the state attorney general.
Repair shop will put your work off. Title man will drop the ball until the last minute to put you in a bind on having to keep coming back out. When I question the man about it he lied and stated that he never said that he was going that same day to go get the title. If they can't have paperwork done professionally the best is just choose another shop.
