UPDATE: they are fixing the car, which is nice of them. However, don’t want to prorate the days that I’m going to be without it. (Approx 3 days). Instead they pushed my payment out 4 days. Thankful they are fixing it though. First experience here was great with my Equinox. Second or current experience is AWEFUL! Got a Cruz from them on Friday evening (april 30). It started smoking and leaking coolant Saturday night (April 31). They were closed Sunday but I still left a voicemail in hopes that someone would contact me Monday (today) when they opened. Ofc no one has contacted me. I’ve been sitting here since 9:57am expecting them to open at 10am as posted for their business hours. It’s now 10:55am and no one has contacted me nor has anyone been at the office to open the door for business. I have the feeling I am out on a car and $1400.00. I will be contacting the attorney general , the BBB. And filing a civil matter for misrepresentation.

I bought this car in April and ever since then I’ve been having problems with it. They put junkyard parts on it and then tell me that the car was fixed so now I’m out of $3000 and in the car and I will be calling me a lawyer and they will not be getting the car back until they give me my money back. I took the car back three times and all three times. They lied and said the car was fixed and I took it to another mechanic. They never change the parts but now I got blow head gasket because I didn’t catch the leak that was in the car before it got to the engine so that’s gonna cost me another $1800 and plus of my car payment that I still have to pay on the car so yes I will be calling your lawyer because they will not be getting a car back until I get my money back plus the $450 I had to put in here.

Terrible place. Let’s start from the first encounter, when doing the test drive the guy rode with us and this wouldn’t have been an issue if he didn’t have halitosis. Then the car got totaled and my FULL coverage paid the car off COMPLETELY and they made it see like they wanted to help us get into another car before the check hit. Once it hit they only allowed us to choose on car and we had to pay the taxes. The car they had us get had issues but being young and parents we went ahead and got it. The portal was still showing the totaled vehicle and then when they finally updated it and we were a little late. They picked the car up and right away we went to pay the 450.00 and the owner stated that in order for us to get it back we had to pay 2500.00 right then and there. We were late because we were fixing the issues the car had, might I add THE ONLY CAR THEY WERE GIVING US. We were treated terribly.
