I went for a test drive and felt extremely welcomed and non-pressured by the sales team, Ben and Brandon. Jacyln was also helpful communicating with me through email. The sales team thoroughly answered all my questions and were very patient with me. Brandon, the sales manager, walked over 50 yards across the dealership lot in 95° heat and got the vehicle ready for me for a test drive. He was directly involved in the customer service process and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I’ve never encountered a sales manager that directly involved with a customer before. Although I did not end up purchasing the actual vehicle at Jeff Schmitt they allowed me to test drive, I did buy a vehicle with the very same engine with a different trim. The information that was provided to me at Jeff Schmidt helped me make my choice, and for that I am grateful. I will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase! Thanks again, Brandon, Ben, and Jacyln!!! Go see them for your next vehicle purchase!!
Thank you Mathew and Nick for the best vehicle purchase experience. Mathew completely understood what I wanted and not settle for a vehicle I really didnt want. Even though I had pre-approval with my own financial institution, Nick was able to get me a better financial deal that just brought it all home for me. If youre looking for a new vehicle Jeff Schmitt is the place to go and be sure to ask for Mathew Roseberry and Nick Hartwig. Thanks again guys, I really love my truck🥰
Thank you to all of the wonderful team at Jeff Schmitt Auto Group! Rick Brown was our salesman and he was very informative. Kelley Grody was our finance specialist and she was knowledgeable and supportive! My fiancee and I drove off in the truck of our dreams. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend buying your car or truck from Jeff Schmitt Auto.
I went in for front brakes the pads only today on 710 2026. They did their check on my car and they wanted me to buy front rotors making up all kinds of lies to why I should I refused because I know I don’t need them my brother is a mechanic on the rear. They put down that I had barely a little bit that they needed changed right now or I was gonna damage my rotor which found out that was a lie how I found out that was a lie is because I had to go in after I paid $600 get in my truck and mine shows me brake life so automatically I’m gonna see if my $600 was done OK so the brake pad Life was disabled which any mechanic knows when you change the brake pad you have to reset them reset the front if you change them and don’t touch the rear you know reset or vice versa so I had to go back and wait and he stood there and told me so many lies as to why the percentage of the brake life on my car wasn’t reset just lie after lie after lie I play stupid. I play like I have no clue just to see what people will try to get over on me. Any absolutely did. He tried to lie and lie and lie the mechanic fixed it as I knew could happen per the whole manual I got per Google per my brother and I’m gonna leave a picture of the percentage of rear brake life that they said was about to go into my rotors if I did not change them too, so I’m posting a picture and I’m gonna post pictures of everything they got marked on here. Do not go here and if you do you check every single thing like I did, they thought I was just some little old lady that knew nothing that was just gonna leave and not know what happened between now and my Tennessee trip. Nope not me. They got the wrong one. Actually they got the right one today. I got time all day. I got time all year to call people out when they are trying to deceive people like me. My speedometer is on the paperwork here and I just drove from the shop so now I’m gonna give a picture of when I went out and got back in my car after they reset it and will give a picture of that with the brake. I mean the mileage hadn’t changed cause I hopped in and took a picture right away for my records because that’s not right especially once somebody tells you that they are a widow and a bereaved mother no, you don’t do that special place in hell for people like that here goes my pictures though
Took my car to the service center on Friday 3/13 at 7am to have some repairs done through my warranty. Which didn’t cost anything.. until I went back at 5:20pm (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) to pick my car up and I noticed my tail light was missing and the pieces were scattered through the parking lot. I got told they had NO cameras outside the service center parking area to be able to check and see what happened. My car wasn’t even parked in a real parking spot, it was all the way to the left closest to the showcase area where they have expensive cars inside glass windows. After I talked to someone on Monday when they opened they said “the cameras were down for a few hours” during the time my car was in their possession. As I got told from multiple people they didn’t have cameras to see what happened. Which makes no sense. Apparently because they checked the “bay” cameras and noticed my taillight was intact as they were leaving the bay, they cant tell me what happened after. I will never use their services again because now I am reliable for damages although my car was not in my care and was parked in an illegal way in the parking lot near a super tight squeeze for anyone to get through.
