If you try to warn others on Facebook about them, Hollie L will delete the comments and then block you! Will be calling the news and posting every single social media site. We saved up and spent our savings for our daughter to have a safe reliable car for her 16 birthday, drove it from Fairborn to Kettering home, it started smoking so my husband took it today to the Shop we always go to less than 24 hours Of having the keys to find out, it’s a lemon. There’s oil leaking in several other issues that we were not told about And it will cost thousands of dollars just to find out what all is wrong with it. My husband called the lady and tried to nicely talk to her and she proudly said all sales are final and there was nothing she could do. So not only do we have a lemon of a car. I have a 16 year-old that is completely heartbroken that she now has a car that isn’t safe to drive. I’ll be reaching out to all of the other people who have left the one star reviews very similar to ours, and we will be contacting the city, local businesses and the news so hopefully no other families get screwed over like ours and all the others!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Spent 6k on a 2018 Chevy Trax and 20min later check engine comes on and it’s smoking when I get off the highway. Take it to the shop and there is oil and coolant leaking everywhere, multiple sensors gone bad. Called and all they said is “all sales final, that’s why we let people test drive them”. Now have to spend another 3.5k just to fix issues and see where all the leaks are coming from. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will regret it!!!

Bought a 2015 Dodge Journey SXT in April. Paid $5000 cash. As soon as we drove it off the lot, the check engine light comes on and the valve stem warning light came on too. Take it to the shop and end up needing to put $2000 into it right off the top. Ended up needing 4 new tires because all of them had holes in the side walls. Another $600 there. Then the AC stopped working a few weeks later and needed another $400 to fix that. Today, the things stalls out, won’t start. Took it to the shop and it has a blown cylinder head. Tried to call Hollie to make it right, and was told “all vehicles are sold as is”. I have contacted the OH attorney General and an attorney that says I have a clear lawsuit. So as she says “I’ll see you in court.”

Drove 25 minutes for a pt cruiser that the pics seemed to be photo shopped. It was a panel van. It had cracks in the panels in both sides and black sticker residue from large logos which was not in the pictures. If they cheat to get you to the lot my thought is what other things are they hiding. I left without looking at the Cruiser any further. Car that age tops out at $2500 and Frey were asking $3995, a primo price for a wreck of a car.

Bought an 09 impala 2 days ago. My first inclination, that this was going to be a bad experience should have been when the car wouldn't start. The female seller ( Holly) gave me a long spill about her son leaving the light on the night before. But come to find out, it was a bad battery. My friend drove it to my home and parked it. The very next day I had to make a couple runs. So my aide and I jumped in it, I started my day. About forty five minutes into drive, the car completely cuts off into the middle of traffic and gives me a code (p0455) for a purge control valve, which is forty bucks. Got it installed and started the vehicle. I instantly heard a knock. My mechanic tells me that the noise is due to a rod in the engine. Ultimately now I need a new engine. I've been in contact with the female whom I purchased it from (Holly) and explain to her that the cars engine was messed up. She sent me a text message back and then block me. Horrible experience and a waste of $3400. Im paralyzed and this was all the money I had saved up to purchase a vehicle to get to and from my medical appointments, grocery store, and just some sense of freedom and mobility. Now I'm back to square one minus $3400
