I dealt with Colton while looking at a CR-V on their lot. Very nice guy (and his brother Tyler who finalized the sale), professional and honest. No problems on my end. When purchasing an older vehicle (2002 in my case), you have to expect that the vehicle is not going to be perfect, even after you drive off the lot. I think it's up to the buyer to be knowledgeable in this area, and it's the buyer's responsibility to check everything on the vehicle before deciding to buy it. As is means as is, and that also means you have to do your own homework. So for me, I just liked the vibe I got from him and saw how they interacted with other customer reviews online. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought this Chevy 1500 from this family owned business a couple days ago. In this hot used car market, this was one of the few places that didn’t seem to was over-price their vehicles. When I called about the vehicle, the Tyler was upfront with the trucks imperfections (tear in the leather, the front shocks were fine but would need replaced in the near future, the small area of rust, etc.). I was amazed that when I showed up, they were completely transparent and the mechanic didn’t find anything I wasn’t already aware of. They didn’t try to hide the flaws with deceptive pictures and I couldn’t believe how well the truck ran when I got it and it was in excellent condition given that it’s a 2003. I bought it and drove off the lot no problem. Colten was easy to talk with, professional, and quick with the process (~15 minutes, but he got to start the paperwork while I went to the bank) I had a mechanic check it out and he said it’s an excellent vehicle. I ran the truck all over town that night but later that night, the truck wouldn’t start. It actually didn’t have any power to it at all. I called Colten the next day to let them know what happened. He was surprised there was a problem and worked with me to make things right. Colten and his dad drove about 45 minutes from their business to come take a look at it. They identified that the negative terminal on the battery was loose. They called me up and told me the issue. They were able to get it fired right up and told me how to get it started to bring back to the shop. Monty told me to bring it by and he would get it fixed for me since the nut holding the terminal had sheared off. I fired it up and brought it to the shop the next day. They fixed it and now my truck runs great. The mechanic who inspected my vehicle before I bought it inspected the terminal connection and didn’t see anything wrong at that time. It was a fluke that driving caused it to shear off. It may have been on a big bump when I was driving it. Either way, Lucky’s car dealership couldn’t have know that the nut was fixing to break loose. I had a great experience talking with them and felt great about the whole ordeal, even with the small issue. They did everything to make it right and they went above and beyond any dealership I’ve even worked with. Momty was easy to talk to and his two sons were exceptional people to deal with. They also did some work to it to fix it up prior to selling. New oil, battery, shocks, alternator, etc. I could tell they pride the quality vehicles they sell and when I reported that issue, they were the first to step up to the plate and help out. They have my trust and my business if I never need another used vehicle.

Didn't buy a car, but seems like a nice place, family owned for 40 years with cash only deals. Good selection of vehicles.

Watch out, you're about to get scammed, and it's not a accident. Right now they have a 2008 Cadillac CTS that has a timing chain issue ($4000 repair minimum) they are selling the car for 7k which is the top asking price for a car with these miles and specs. They are selling it as if it is in perfect working order knowing the timing chain is going out. They are tring to sell you on the scam that all their cars are covered by a warranty. Once you dig a little, you realize it covers the 1st $1500 and they are going to fight u tooth and nail not to pay. So Luckys Auto sales get their 7k dollars. And u get a car with a 4k incoming bill. $2500 minimum if u can get them to cover it. This is the definition of a scam dealership looking for the right sucker as they won't lower the price to adjust for the timing chain issue. They knowingly want 7k for a car they know is about to take a huge financial shit on its owner. Perfect example of a dealership sending u out the door knowing your about to have major issues, all so they can make 5k-5500 profit and laugh at u.

I am a disabled grandmother who purchased a 2007 Saab Lucky's Auto in Huber Heights. From the very start was having problems with the car. They called themselves helping me to fix the car. Took the car to foreign exchange and was told that the computer engine module is going out. Lucky's said they put a used one in it to help me. I asked them before the warranty ended could they give me a nother car. And the answer was No! I haven't had this car a year! And it is sitting in my driveway and I have to catch the bus. Lucky's Auto was not lucky for me! And I can't pick up my grandkids. 4300 just to buy a junk!
