Jessica was amazing from start to finish! I didn’t have high hopes, but Jessica showed me exactly what I would have picked on the very first car. I was worried about financing and she had a deal in place in literally 5 minutes. The whole process was stress free and was literally the first time I purchased a car and wasn’t sitting in a dealership all day wasting time. It was so easy! I just sent a picture of my ID and insurance card, signed a few documents electronically and my car was delivered by Friday. I had signed the papers on Monday and had my new car for the weekend. I highly recommend Jessica! Give her a call, you’ll be glad you did!

Had a great experience with Dontae! Went on a Friday evening with every intention to just drive the vehicle we were interested in and leave. Dontae was very easy to work with and was open to negotiation. Ended up leaving with the car that night and didn’t feel pressured. The transaction didn’t take too long and we are happy with our purchase!

I am here to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent service experience at McCluskey Chevrolet regarding my Equinox EV. I scheduled an appointment that included a guaranteed loaner car. However, I was denied the loaner vehicle at the last minute. Furthermore, the service department marked my first-year service appointment as completed without actually performing the necessary repairs. After denying the loaner, my car was returned within 20 minutes without a technician ever being assigned to it. Despite this, and after making me wait for an hour, the invoice was updated to state that the washer fluid was topped off and the car was washed. Neither of these services were performed. I expect a thorough explanation for this unacceptable level of service, and I look forward to hearing how you plan to resolve this matter and properly service my vehicle.

Made an online service appointment 3 weeks ago so I could get a loaner. I show up and no one knows anything about it. I show them the appointment on my phone and verification, they blamed GM corporate. Then they said they can take care of part of the issue while I wait and be ready within the hour (Tire Rotation). 1 hour and 20 minutes later. They did not touch the car. I’m leaving with no AC, mirror doesn’t operate, and no rotation, I will never be back. McCluskey is a little to big to care about good service.

It took a whole year to complete my deal and the commutations was poor as well. I literally drove my car for a year without tags and without being funded and the car I traded in was lost in recovery and they still haven't found it or got it out of my name completely. Not to mention I'm still riding on a temporary tag from 5/30/25 still to this day. Great car but horrible experience as far as buying a car. And we two Chevy trax on the same day one got funded and the other didn't and they reversed both deals my wife got my deal and she got my deal. A total disaster. I'm still working and waiting to complete the deal as of today and to get my temp tags changed and replaced and for my paperwork to come in the mail. Overall I give them a 10 for the vehicles and a big fat 0 for team effort and communication towards a buying costumer. They seriously dropped the ball on my situation but after I called them to ask and explain what they did it was escalated but not completely resolved yet. But at least it's being handled now hopefully stay tuned.
