Everybody at Hertz Car Sales Cincinnati did a great job of making the purchasing process as smooth as it can be. My salesman, Kyle M. was highly communicative throughout the entire experience and I never felt any kind of high pressure sales tactics I’ve experienced at other lots. I’m also happy with the APR they were able to get me down to. Overall, I’d 100% recommend purchasing a car here, especially if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t want to try and haggle a car price down from arbitrary dealer markup.

10/10 I recommend this location to anyone who’s looking to buy a car ! Very trustworthy and friendly and hassle free! And most importantly ask for Kyle he will get you out the door in your brand new car with a quickness !!!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! No pressure (they don’t work on commission), large selection, fair prices, and a friendly knowledgeable staff!! I can not say enough about Darren the manager there, he has always gone above and beyond to help facilitate my smooth buying process. I bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport in November 2022. My father and mother where both in the hospital and I needed a new dependable car and fast! Mike and Darren took care of everything, and I had my car in my possession in less then a few days. No pressure to add on this or that I didn’t need for hours and hours. I stoped in the other day and Darren remembered me and asked about my mother and father etc. so refreshing to have a human connection in this busy crazy world. Especially since I absolutely cringe at the thought of going to a dealership with vultures that come at you. Not at Hertz Car Sales Loveland, Everyone I interacted with there was so kind and helpful!! If you want to purchase a new vehicle stress free I highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in purchasing a car. Kyle was fantastic. He made sure to meet all my needs. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he made sure that I was getting the best deal. He listened to my concerns and made me feel very secure. The financing team was also helpful, fast, and efficient. This went much easier than I could have ever anticipated. Everyone is so honest . I am so thankful that I found this location on Google!

The staff is so unprofessional and rude. They don’t even have business phone etiquette to answer the phone introducing themselves and state the company’s name. The staff member “Teluh” answers the phone breathing hard for a few seconds into the receiver and then waits until I say hello just for him to say “hello. What do you want?” as if the phone line is his personal cell phone. Then Chad was pretending to be his manager Douglas after refusing to let me speak to his manager Douglas or give me Douglas or Brooklyn direct contact information. Don’t use this location.
