I bought a delivery van from Courtesy back in December 2025. I was searching for a used van with a refrigeration unit installed and while very difficult to find, Courtesy Automotive had a Ford Transit 150 van that looked to be in great shape in the pictures. I inquired and the Courtesy team was super responsive and helpful - very willing to help someone who lived over 1,000 miles away. I have to call out Ray for being extra helpful. He was willing to drive the van to a local repair shop so I could get my own pre-purchase inspection, and he even brought it by the local ThermoKing dealer so they could inspect the refrigeration unit before I purchased the vehicle. After a thorough, 3rd-party inspection, the only thing it needed was a few belts to be replaced, so I purchased the van and had it shipped to Texas. When the van arrived and I gave it a good cleaning, I was very impressed by how clean the vehicle body was. Usually the photos do not match with reality, but the body was really in great shape. I also had a Ford master mechanic look it over and he said everything looked and drove very good. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend the Courtesy team to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

They also got me in quickly & on the day of the repair were very speedy! I really appreciated everyone I worked with, love that it’s family owned & now plan to switch all my car’s service to them. Great experience with the Buick Envision that we recently purchased from Courtesy! We were looking for a smaller vehicle & to downsize from 2 cars to 1.
