⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Cincinnati Auto Credit! The whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The team really worked with me and made everything easy to understand, especially with getting approved and finding a car that fit my situation. I just purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze and it’s been running great so far. They took the time to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to Dylan for helping me through everything and making sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a place that works with you and gets you on the road, I definitely recommend checking them out!

DO NOT GO HERE If I could leave 0 stars I would! We went in with every intention of checking out one of the vehicles that they had on their lot. We provided them with all of our information... they left us sitting in a room forever. I inquired about the specific car and he commented that they needed to check out our credit and all that first before we could test drive....... that is completely acceptable I understand that however I wasn't asking to drive the vehicle I just wanted some information about it. He mouth off about the state of my credit I made if you are necessary personal remarks very unprofessional. I don't know who we spoke to there other than Alex. I do not recommend anybody go here. There are plenty of buy here pay here that can treat a person with respect. My credit may be struggling right now...... however I do own my own home and other vehicles. And I don't care who you are you have no right to speak to a customer the way that he did to me.
