From the moment I walked into the office, the atmosphere was warm and inviting (and the hot chocolate was a great bonus! ☕). The entire VanDevere team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—supportive is the word that best describes it. I can honestly not say enough good things about my experience with the great people at VanDevere Auto Outlet. From being greeted by a nice, friendly gentleman (I believe his name was Brian), to our salesperson Ashley and Sam the manager. If you are in the market for a car I can’t recommend working with Ashley enough. She was WONDERFUL!!!! She had the best personality, went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Even though they were extremely busy, she treated us and all her other customers like they were her main priority and never forgot about us. We were not sure we were going to be able to get where we needed to be or the vehicle we wanted but Sam made it happen and I can’t thank him enough!!! My in-laws have bought many cars from VanDevere but I have never and I will say that they now have a customer for life! Thank you so much VanDevere!
