Is there looking for a car truck or SUV. You can't go wrong going too Car Time Sales. They have nice, clean vehicles. They are very nice, caring, helpful people who help me to get a loan I thought I was gonna turn gonna get turn down. But I got my dream SUV. I gave a 5 🌟 but that don't give them what they deserve it is about 10+ is what they deserve. I Really like CAR TIME SALES. They are honest, trustworthy, and they went above and beyond the expectations I could imagine. I am happy with my truck suv.

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review here. The owner seemed fantastic. Put in contract to fix certain things wrong with the vehicle. We trusted him. The NV we purchased was already way overpriced for the area, but I figured if he was fixing it, it was worth it. We wanted to pay it off within 6 months anyways. It was fine. When I first got there, he told us that the air compressor was bad, and he had to fix it before we could take it. We mentioned a pull to the right when braking and a shake in the steering wheel. He put in a contract hed fix all of that. We knew the oil pan was leaking, no biggie. He also pointed to a stack of tires and said if it needed tires, hed throw them on. Well, a bit later (a week or 2, I cant remember) they brought my car to me. He immediately shut it off when I came out. (Fount out there was a whine from the oil pump that went away temporarily when turning it off and back on). I turned it back on, the AC was working, so I figured hed fixed it. I drove it the next day, still shook, still pulled to the right when braking, and the AC went out again. They fixed the wrong side, didnt replace the compressor.. he did however buy the parts for those. We did the brake hoses, caliper on the other side, tierods were hanging so we fixed those. I got an alignment that he paid for. But theres still so many issues and its really irritating. The windshield washer fluid leaked all over my driveway. We have to fix that. The check engine light came on a couple days after I had it because the fuel neck is rusted out. The car still shook. We had to replace all 4 tires because they were bowing and about to bust ($1000 for those). The sway bar link was barely hanging on, we fixed that. And yet, it still shakes. It still pulls to the right and no mechanic can figure it out. Theres also a pop when turning too hard. The shops say its probably a bent frame. And on top of all of this, I had an 8 passenger van. I needed 10 seats which this had. Nope, the rear seats are the incorrect seats for the 4th row, and someone (previous owner or dealership, idk) cut a hole in the floor board and placed the wrong seats back there which is EXTREMELY unsafe. And I havent found any seats under a grand to buy. Half of those 2 seats isnt even latched, its just hanging there. Its wild. Then we also have to replace the control arms which are super rusted out. Im just over it. We were wanting to go back to purchase my husband a truck, but absolutely not. The engine and transmission are good, but the van is junk. And not sure if theres any fixing the frame. Just use caution when looking at cars here.

I really don't know what to say about this car dealership? I'm so, I am not even sure how I'm feeling anymore? I had a knee-jerk, angry, panicky review up here once already that I took down, because I felt bad? But now, I feel bad because they sold me a piece of crap that has ruined me financially, but they don't feel bad about it? So, why should I feel bad about getting on here and telling the truth about what happened to me when I trusted them to buy a car from them? At first, I was like many of the people here that have posted? I got my car a 2011 Subaru Impreza from them, going on 2 years ago now. At first too, I was ECSTATIC! I felt the same way as everyone else seems to feel? They seemed trustworthy, they seemed like the wanted to help me, they took my trade in and my 1000.00 down payment, and helped me get into this car, all before I had to be at work that day. It seemed like it was the beginning of a beautiful business relationship? I throughy looked over the car, drove it around, put it through its paces, it seemed like it was in great condition? I was SO happy! Not only did I want this car because I needed a newer one in better shape than my old car, I was going to use this car to help boost my credit up. I had no credit, and by making the payments on this car, I was hoping to build a new financial future. About 4 months in, the brakes started grinding and making noises like they needed replacement. At the lot, they told me that they had just put on new brake pads, so I thought this was strange? I didn't have the money to address it right away, so I had to wait a bit, until my car payment history boosted my credit enough, I was able to secure a credit card. The mechanic looked at the brakes, and then showed me a frozen caliper on the drivers side that had been stuck out for so long it had fused to the metal. The mechanic suggested that they should have known about it at the car lot, because he showed me the brake pads, where the frozen caliper had worn a groove through the brand new brake pad! He seemed to think that the new brake pads were put on to cover up the damaged caliper long enough to get it sold off the lot! So, I end up using the credit card to pay for all new calipers, rotors, brake pads, a new assembly on the driver side, and brake lines, 2 new tires, and alignment. And now, we're thinking that we had been lied to about the safety of our vehicle? To make matters worse, about 2 weeks after all this was replaced, the back brakes start squeaking, we find out that there's frozen caliper on the back passenger side too! So again, it's all new rotors, calipers and pads. Then, a small bit of rust flakes away on the exhaust system, and the car starts sounding like an army helicopter every where we go. So then it's a new muffler and straight pipe. Then new control arms on front! By this time, I'm in debt to my credit cards over 2 thousand dollars. Then I find out that I need new struts, and and air compressor, and a check engine light comes on, here we need some kind of new sensor! It is a nightmare! I tried to apply for a consolidation loan, so I could get the rest of the repairs, and I find out the car I still owed 6000 dollars on, was only worth about 3000 to the banks. After the back brakes were fixed, I got laid off from my job. I made so little in unemployment, that I got behind on the credit card bills. I managed to make the car payment each month. But my credit took a HUGE hit, and I couldn't get any more repairs. Now, present day, the brakes are grinding again, somehow, the car is making some kind of rattling noise, it still needs the other repairs, the high beams stopped working, for whatever reason we don't know? The windshield wiper fluid sprayers keep messing up, and the car acts like it doesn't want to start on cold days? I'm about to have this car paid off in a couple of months, and it's in worse shape than the one I traded in? I'm going to end up paying over 12 THOUSAND dollars on a car that is worth less than 3000, has TANKED my credit, AND is in worse shape than the one I traded in?
