The communication was excellent with Peyton took the time to provide me videos Carfax all the details and it make me feel comfortable to purchasing out of town ticket to fly in to pick up a vehicle. The Finance team was fantastic very fast. When I arrived, I had the keys and drove out of there within 30 minutes. Beautiful guest waiting area.

Kaden was amazing to work with! He was so friendly, patient, and easy to talk to from start to finish. He made the whole car-buying process a lot less stressful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He answered all of my questions, was very helpful, and had such a great attitude. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. I’m very thankful for all of his help and would absolutely recommend Kaden to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Came in for an oil change left with a new car. They weren’t pushing me for anything. I usually dread dealerships because once you go in they’re like non relentless vultures and always pushing like they’re in a hurry and they’re trying to get the last sale in before the apocalypse. However, the team at Corwin CDJR was clearly not like this. They all stayed calm and relaxed the whole time. Kept me informed and moved mountains to get me what I’ve been wanting for years. Robert and the entire team were amazing!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Corwin. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years and this last purchase has left me with alot of resentment. I purchased a 23 silverado duramax from them, and it became undrivable before I even made it home. I wasnt mad, it is a used vehicle and i understand that things happen. I brought it back to Corwin immediately the next day so they could diagnose the issue. After that, I spent 3 weeks trying to get updates, answers, or even basic communication from them. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. I had no idea what was going on. I finally had to physically go into the dealership just to get information, only to be told they never ordered parts or intended on repairing the truck in the first place. After selling me a vehicle that failed immediately and leaving me completely in the dark for weeks, the only thing they offered was a tank of fuel. for a truck I still can’t even drive. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been unbelievable. Making a first payment on a vehicle you haven’t even been able to use is beyond frustrating. I expected far better treatment after making such a major purchase. They could have at least spared me the 3 weeks and told me right away so I could have got the truck fixed elsewhere sooner. Also, sticking $1,000+ into a truck you put 55 miles on is incredibly irritating. I have zero interest in purchasing from them again.

I have waited a few days to respond to this survey as I was hoping I could report something positive. I was in for two new batteries and two fuel filters which should take 30-45 minutes each. I waited for over three hours. There was some mix up with another 3/4 ton diesel that came in at about the same time so there was an oil change service completed on our vehicle for which we received no charges. I travel 1 1/2 hours to have our vehicles serviced at Corwin as we normally have very good experiences. I have called and left messages twice seeking answers for questions about services that were recommended at the date and time of our appointment. When I called the third time I requested to not be transferred or sent to voicemail as I have had no response to my previous messages and yet I was told I would receive a call back. June 24th the check engine light came on. It was taken to get a code diagnosis which came back as battery terminals need to be cleaned and one new item is needed…a battery. The battery that is less than one week old. And I am still waiting for that return phone call. Again, this is not the service we normally receive and I think that is why this experience has been so disappointing.
