Saturday I walked in with a couple of my friends, and I was greeted by Rob he asked me what kind of cars I was interested in and I had one specific car that I wanted so bad I wanted since I was a kid luckily Rob had it in the back. He went above and beyond to make the experience possible for me and my friends I got the test driver ask all the questions I needed to know they ran my credit and I was so blessed that I was actually able to get her. They made the whole experience top of the tier for me. They explained everything so wonderfully. In a way I can understand I will forever be grateful for the whole team, especially for Rob, his patience keep up the nice work i’ll definitely be back again

We got a vehicle here in April 2024. And the car salesman actually found a vehicle that wasn't in our search. We were skeptical, but since our picks turned out to not be what we were looking for after all, we decided to take it for a test drive. We're so glad we did! That car is still running reliably great to this day. The positive experience made us come back when we ready to buy a second car. This time we talked with Gabe. He was new at the time of this review, but he was just as friendly and eager to help as anyone there. We didn't find what we were looking for in their inventory at that time, but I wanted to leave a review just the same to mention that this place remains as dedicated to their customers as ever.

I give it a 5 star rating because the salesperson ( Brenton) was honest, friendly, And moved our purchase quickly, and followed up with us the next day to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. My opinion, now days you dont find a salesperson like that; I never have. Thank you Brenton for your honesty and friendliness.

Me and my husband got vehicle 2018 Dodge Journey from them. The down payment was $700 and we drove the vehicle home it was over heating. The warranty don’t cover nothing on the vehicle the cars repair warranty we were told would cover everything only to find out we both were lied too it only covered the powertrain. We have $450 to get it out of the shop and You all what know how it costs us to all the fixes is $2,000. Corwin public wholesale is not a good place to get a vehicle from.

Picked up a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid from here that didn't stop giving me hell since the moment I left the dealership. I picked it up in January, regretfully to say the least as I went in with an appointment for a 2008 GMC Acadia. My salesman (I don't remember his name but he was pretty young, like Philippinian) was very rude, made it seem like he was almost angry at me for not buying the first POS he brought out, which was 6x the price of the car I inquired about, and had bolts and nuts holding the front bumper on and a giant hole in the back bumper. Just insane customer service and insane ego for thinking you're in any position to push someone to buy a POS that needs to be fixed properly first before pretending its worth that much. Finally he brought out the fusion after a lot of pushing back and almost walking out. Fusion had 140k on it, perfect body condition. I wasn't keen on it, but I was rushed so I ran with it, just hoping for the best. Not even 2 weeks after I got the car, my power steering kept going out. I called Corwin and they basically told me to get lost and that there was nothing they could do. Got the car scanned, unsteady voltage led us to believe it needed a new battery. It was fine for about 3 weeks before it started acting up again. I drove down to Corwin this time and spoke to someone, and again, they told me there was nothing they could do. Pretty great thing to say to say to a potential returning customer if treated with the proper respect, right? The power steering became a recurring problem but because this was my daily driver and I had nothing else to drive, I learned to work with it. Ended up buying a power steering rack in the midst of all of the issues for $500 thinking that was the problem too. More recently, I started having rough starts and violent shaking while coming to a stop. I didn't even bother reaching out to them but I wasn't able to fix the problem before someone ran a red light and totaled it, but I honestly couldn't have thought of a better way to solve a never ending problem. Over $1000 in repairs and parts and I never was able to fix the damn thing. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CORWIN!!!
