4241 New Bern Hwy, Jacksonville, NC 28546What do customers say about J & W Sales, Inc.?
This was a GREAT used car buying experience. No pressure at all when test driving cars. I got a very fair deal on a great little Honda. Wilbur did all the paperwork for me, title, plates, etc... He has the lowest doc fees in town. I will definitely be back here for my next used car. Thank you!
I recently bought a nice 200 F150 from this dealer. The vehicle was purchased as is with no warranty. Shortly afterward the transmission started acting up. I let the dealer know and with much surprise he went out of his way to get it repaired. He made the whole used vehicle buying experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend buying a used car from him.
Awesome place! Mr. Wilbur is good people that will treat you right.
Dishonest and rude. Cares only about the money. Very unprofessional. Have never dealt with someone as rude as him. Ended up taking my business elsewhere and paid cash for my vehicle. Got much better service elsewhere.
The owner has his own employees give him 5 star reviews on google so that it boosts his rating
