I accompanied my friend in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek yesterday from this dealership. A gentleman wearing a bucket hat and a gorgeous smile came out of the vehicle at the end of the purchase, and I asked him his name (Nick). I have to say that the detailing on this car was absolutely impeccable and his professionalism was noteworthy. I hope that this dealership knows they’ve got an absolute gem on their team. Highly recommended!

Sales is great. I highly recommend Mr. Larvell to all friends and family, and anybody readying this to purchase a vehicle from here. HOWEVER. Service is a bit lack-luster. I was told via phone call my truck would be next in line, ready to be picked up by 5:30 (dropped off at 11am) after completion of my oil change and tire rotation. I show up at 5:29, via the courtesy of a friend willing to drive 35-40 mins, and I am told that my vehicle would be done the following morning, and that they finished up for the day. After some back and forth, I told them to just do the oil change and I’ll rotate the tires myself. As someone who works in the industry, I understand the length of time it may take to get my vehicle in, I don’t question that. However, telling me it will be done and then upon my arrival telling me it will be done tomorrow is not acceptable for business. All being said, I’d be willing to give them another chance, which hopefully turns out better than this time around.

***UPDATE*** So, as you can see on this review, the dealership reached out and told me to call the main number to discuss my concerns. Turns out, it's just the number to the front desk. The employee I talked to said she had no idea who handles the reviews and tried to connect me to the manager. Shocking... no one answered. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I will never shop here again, and I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this dealership. Absolutely terrible customer service after the sale. Great sales team. Absolutely frustrating service department. Look elsewhere for your new truck! BLUF: I’ve had multiple issues with my truck, and getting this dealership to take responsibility or fix things has been awful. Issue #1 – Squeaky master belt I brought my truck in for a squeaky belt and was told, “It’s just the weather.” Then on a later visit, the service manager himself told me, “Hey man, you should really get your master belt replaced.” So which is it? The belt didn’t actually get replaced until after four separate service visits. That’s four times I had to rearrange my schedule for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. Issue #2 – Radio / Android Auto failure Two months after buying the truck, Android Auto stopped working. I was told, “It’s a known issue. Sorry.” When I asked why the radio couldn’t just be replaced, I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty and that an engineer ticket would be submitted. I was told they’d follow up. No one ever did. Issue #3 – Ongoing Bluetooth problems Bluetooth still intermittently fails to connect. Once again, I’m told, “It’s a known issue.” Hearing that something is a known issue without offering a real solution is lazy service — it’s just brushing customers off. The real problem here isn’t just the mechanical issues. Things break — I get that. The problem is the lack of concern, poor communication, and the feeling that once they make the sale, they stop caring. I’ve been given conflicting answers, delays, and zero follow-up unless I’m the one chasing them down. No one should spend $60,000 on a vehicle and then have to fight this hard just to get basic issues addressed. The sales experience was smooth, but the service after the sale has been terrible. Management should really take a closer look at how customers are being handled once they leave the lot, because this is exactly how you lose repeat business.
