I just purchased a new Highlander and everything went smoothly. Allen was my sales person and Christian did F&I. Both of these guys are awesome. Allen made sure that I understood all of the features of the vehicle and even set up the Toyota app on my phone. Christian explained everything and didn’t pressure me to buy any warranties that I felt I didn’t need. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always had positive experiences. The service department is just as good. They have a nice waiting area with comfy chairs, a private computer room, and a free brewing machine with coffee, tea and sometimes hot chocolate. There's even a little playroom for the kiddies.

My Salesman, Justin Conwell, was knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly patient. At no point did I feel pressured; which is a first for me when buying a car. I was navigating the loss of a family member and traveling out of town, so I certainly wasn’t the easiest customer, but this team never skipped a beat. They continued to help me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. I’m thankful. I absolutely love my SUV, I love the gas mileage, my sons love it, and most of all, I’m grateful for the way I was treated throughout the entire experience.
