Amazing customer service from start to finish. Ali was the one who helped me, and he made the whole process easy. I was dang near in and out. They really work with you and aren’t just pocket watching they genuinely want to help you drive off with a car and get the best deal possible. Great experience all around, and I highly recommend asking for Ali if you stop by.
I went in on 3.14.26 and Omar worked to get me approved. He was so nice and gracious. I don’t have great credit but he made the impossible seem possible. I had planned to get a vehicle with them but the car that I really wanted, I didn’t want to do the down payment for because it was out of the budget I set for getting a car. I ended up going somewhere else and still getting the car but it was only because the off the lot down payment was better. I test drove two cars that I liked and had things not worked out at the second dealership I would have gone back to purchase my second choice from Omar. Omar is a great guy from what I can tell and I appreciated his honesty. The cars I drove also seemed to be very well kept and had a smooth ride. The payments on the car would have been really good too. I think that if you’re looking for a car and you have a down payment you should definitely try them if you’re nervous about going to other dealers.

I went into Car Flex Auto with no hope at all. I was denied by so many other car lots due to my really bad credit. I walked into Car Flex and met Omar. He asked me which car I liked and got right on the computer. He had me approved with a bank within an hour and had my car payments lower than I was paying on my older car I had prior. I love my BMW! Thank you so much Omar for helping me out. He really is such a genuine and caring person
OMG! I have been to five or six dealerships…Kia couldn’t get me in a decent car!!! I was able to choose what I liked and they did their magic!! Happy Customer!! Very personable staff and worked tooth and nail to get me financed with my horrible credit! Car payments are under $500 a month!!!
