Brandon made things extremely easy even though they were really busy the day I went in. The entire team was great to work with! Brandon had me in a car the same day! I had gone to a few other dealerships with not much luck, but Byrider took the chance and I greatly appreciate everyone there for doing so!

10/10 experience! I not only left with a car, but a car that I actually wanted! I was helped by Brandon today. He is amazing and he made my time worth it. He really knows what he’s talking about and he’s very transparent about what they do, and the process you will go through. He’s really good at helping you gather documents and any helping with other obstacles that may be in the way. The staff here is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car!

I would not recommend bringing your car to JD Byrider's service department. In the past six months, I've had to bring my car back three separate times just to get the same headlight issue fixed. It's frustrating to have the same problem repeatedly because it doesn't seem like the repairs are being done properly the first time. I've also noticed that my vehicle isn't handled with much care. It feels like they do the bare minimum to get the car out of the shop instead of making sure the issue is actually resolved. On top of that, I feel like I'm consistently overcharged for the work that's performed. Communication is another major issue. I always have to call them myself to find out if my car is ready because they rarely keep me updated. Even minor repairs end up taking the entire day, which is incredibly inconvenient. Overall, the quality of service, communication, and value have been very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this service department to anyone.
