I had such an easy experience buying a car from Auto America! i worked with Randall and he made the experience so smooth. i was able to work with him through the phone and once i arrived he had my car and paperwork ready. i was in the store for less than 30 mins. & in LOVEEE w my new nissan altima. They worked with me in a down payment and i was rolling the same day! if you’re in need of a car, go here FIRST!!!

When I came to purchase a specific vehicle, I was out the door with something better. Very quick and easy process. If you bought a car you know how hectic that process can be. Randall was my salesman and he helped me every step of the way.

Auto America – Finance Acceptance, E. Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences dealing with Tony in the insurance/payment department at Finance Acceptance on E. Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I called simply to make my monthly payment, something I do every month, and for the first time I was asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I politely asked why this information was suddenly needed since I had never been asked before. Instead of giving a professional explanation, Tony repeatedly responded with “for privacy” in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification, his attitude became even worse and he eventually hung up on me. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative interaction with him. This is now the third encounter where his attitude has been unnecessarily nasty, impatient, and unprofessional. Calling to make a payment or ask simple questions about your vehicle should not feel stressful or overwhelming, but with him it does because you never know what kind of attitude you’re going to get on the other end of the phone. On the other hand, I want to recognize Lionel Johnson (I may not have the spelling exactly right). Every experience I’ve had with him has been completely different. He is always respectful, patient, professional, and kind. He makes customers feel heard and valued, and he takes the time to answer every question without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Honestly, there have been times when Tony answered the phone and I would rather risk a late fee just to call back later and deal with Lionel or another representative instead. Customer service matters, especially when customers are consistently making payments and simply asking for assistance. I truly hope management addresses the behavior and professionalism in the insurance department because one employee’s attitude can completely affect a customer’s experience. Thankfully, employees like Lionel remind customers what respectful customer service should look like.
