Future Auto Inc

If I could give Future Auto 10 stars I would. Sammy and Mo were amazing! My teenage son bought his dream car, a BMW 335i. I was worried about maintenance, upkeep and his safety. Mo and Sammy were upfront, honest, and very detailed explaining the cars needs. To ease my mind, they kept the car a few extra days to fully service it before my son took it off the lot. That really meant a lot because anyone else couldn't care less about what happened after the ink dried. Sammy gave him a pep talk like he was his own son and has consistently checked in to make sure both he and the car were ok. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Future Auto will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but more importantly, they treat you like you're a member of their family. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Future Auto. Sammy and Mo helped me through the entire buying process and made everything easy to understand from start to finish. They were honest, professional, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was that their help didn’t stop after I bought the car. Whenever I had questions or concerns afterward, they were quick to respond and always willing to help. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and genuine. I highly recommend Future Auto, especially Sammy and Mo, to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience.

Dropping by to express how pleased, I am with Future Auto. I was in the market for a specific vehicle which they had available. Mo, was amazing, thorough, and overall great to work with. I drove from Fort Mill, SC specifically for this vehicle and I am glad I did. The entire process was seamless. Samir and Mo are a honest and helpful duo. If you were deciding whether to stop by and shop their inventory, I highly recommend this family-owned business. Thank you, Future Auto!

Future Auto is family! Best customer service, communication and reliability. Purchased my first car from them in 2019 Mercedes Benz C300 no issues low mileage & maintenance. My car as of today has THE BEST ENGINE and she (Bella) still beautiful 🤩 Second vehicle from FUTURE AUTO, I purchased was in 2023 Mercedes Benz E350. All I can say is FUTURE AUTO has THE most INCREDIBLE & AMAZING cars! Same as the first vehicle no issues low mileage and maintenance. He (Bruno) is as smooth as a baby’s ass 🤣🤣🤣 This review is well over due because this again is not just a business they’re FAMILY! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I really and truly appreciate Future Auto Inc. Stop by on Wednesday looking at one car and was recommended more suitable option with a reasonable price. Sammy and Mo really took the time to make sure the buying process was easy and they’re very much affordable. There’re lots of car dealerships in Charlotte but FAI is top notch hands down. If you’re in the process of buying or financing please do the honors and check them out. I promise you will leave very satisfied. I will definitely be back for future purchases. 😁😊😊😊😊
