About 6 mths after my purchase, the truck had some issues and the engine light came on. I was shopping for a truck online with some specific criteria. After having a couple bad experiences with dealers, I found a 2018 GMC Sierra through Crazy Cheap Cars. It met all the parameters I was looking for and the price was unbearable. Jimmy was a delight to worker with after my previous attempts. He had the knowledge and made the whole process easy. In less than a week, I had the financing in order and was at the shop for the test drive. The truck exceed my expectations and I knew right away that this was MY truck! We finished up the paperwork in less than a half hour and I was driving home. After two weeks my check engine light came on, so of course my excitement was deflated. I took it to my mechanic for a diagnostic test and it read I had a bad temperature sensor. I called CCC service department and Marcus has made it a breeze to get it in to be fixed. Even though I had a slight complications that made it difficult for them, they were understanding and welcoming. They had the part in stock and with the cozy waiting area it's been pleasant.
