Bought a 2020 Ford Transit 250 AWD from here. I have had very bad experiences with a lot of dealerships in the past and figured they are all the same just trying to rip you off. This was not the case here. Rome was very attentive and friendly from day one. He offered me fair value for my Maverick and fair pricing for the the Transit listed. I checked both my cars value and the transit value on KBB and both were within fair range as pricing goes. Communication was quick and detailed which is rare from dealership people. Drove about 2 and 30 minutes from Syracuse and was crossing my fingers my drive wouldn't be wasted as I did not see the Van in person before I got all the paperwork together for it. Vehicle was in decent shape for the high miles and Rome pointed out the cosmetic issue he found with the vehicle which was a small dent in the rear door to make sure I was aware of it and that is was alright. Paperwork processing went extremely fast and without a hiccup, they offered water and jested back and worth while paperwork was being copied and printed. I had keys in hand probably about 15 minutes. Then a hail storm with ice came out of nowhere in the middle of june! Took awhile for me to move my tools from one vehicle to the new one. Rome offered to help but I told him it was ok that I would handle it as I didn't want any of my equipment to cut or injure him as some of my tools are heavy and sharp. Drive home was smooth for the most part getting used to going from a small compact truck to a medium room full size transit. Discovered a broken fuel door when I arrived back in my area and took a picture and sent it to Rome right away when I was at the gas station. We were both shocked we missed it but what he didn't miss was taking care of it right away. He mentioned he would get a new one and have it painted and keep me informed on when it would be ready. All in all from the sales, to the Management to the dealership and the communication and pictures all in between I would say I have never had an experience where I left a dealership feeling like I got ripped off in one way or another or got pushed into a deal I didn't want. This did not happen here. I have a lot of plans for this vehicle and I'm glad of the purchase this far. Thank you You guys for such a great experience. I plan on buying my next from them in the future.

Master Motors worked with us to find a fair priced used vehicle. Got us in and out in 3 hours with our car and made sure we were approved! A part needed to be fixed on the vehicle and they also got that fixed in less than one day. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Found our old Cummins listed and within 24 hours the deal was done. Absolutely seamless. We went in with very little hope due to the vehicle we were looking to trade, but Freddy went above and beyond to get our girl home. I found a van online I was working with Rome he provided plenty of photos that I asked for he explained everything .Communicated with me all the time with no issues.I then worked with Fred the finance manager he was also very transparent and helped me with everything .Definitely worth the drive to come out here.I came in with no vehicle and left with one!
